    Very bad experience. They gave me gel manicure without asking and charged me for it as well!

    I would have a zero star if I can! The first time was great, but the second time was so bad, they damaged my nails so badly now they are extremely thin and fragile. Really depend on who serviced you. The girl who serviced me was not available for the second appointment. She is the ONLY one that who can do a good job, so I am not going back again. Need to find somewhere else where they won’t damage my nails!

    Whilst I was very happy with the service, and the girl who did my pedicure was just lovely, but the almost double of the price for gel is abhorrent! I asked for a price upon entry and was told $48 for a basic pedicure. I was then asked if I wanted gel or polish and was not told that it would be an extra $32!!!! I was charge $80 at the end of the pedicure and went back to question it and told that I wasn’t informed of the extra cost, let alone that much more. I am so disappointed and feel like an absolute fool. I would never pay another $32 for gel!!!

    Shame on me for not checking. Shame on es Boudoir for that type of misleading pricing.

    Met Yuco the first time and I must said she is the only manicurist that I would recommend others to go. She is a very skillful and patience manicurist. Did my gel nail+nailart with her and I am very impressive with her job. Beside this, she doesn’t sign you package like other nail shop , she is a very passionate girl whom give you her best service.

    ** Clean and no hard selling **

    Convenient salon at Vivo, very clean and without attempts to sell packages (though they are available if you ask for them). A regular manicure is usually $32 and a pedi is $47, but there are occasionally promotions. It is true that some beauticians are better than others, but I find that they always listen to your requests/want to ensure you are happy with the final result. I highly recommend Yuco.

    My go to nail technicians, pretty good service altogether. I liked that they don’t try to upsell you when I initially started going a few years ago. But seems it’s changing a little now. They don’t push when you decline however. The quality you receive does depend on which technician you get.

    I did 2 or 3 packages. First time they were amazing … then the quality goes down.

    Next time before my last visit I think the owner did my manicure – it had absolutely fine and such delicate service. So I purchased another package. Only to come back to even worse service. Last time there was no massage and no scrub with pedicure. I didn’t complain but was not satisfied.

    Today I came for mani and pedi and left with only pedicure done. I wish the owner can contact me and I’ll explain.

    First, it needs to be said how great it is that this place doesn’t hard sell packages!!! ?? Despite it seemingly being commonplace to do so, I’ve never had to refuse constant service add ins or packages and I really appreciate them not being pushy! It’s one of the reasons I keep coming back.

    Niu and Eboney are both super friendly and great to chat to – they do a fantastic job and always listen to what I want. They are always smiling which is nice to see! I also like that this place has massage chairs and has available appointments at short notice (the only thing I would prefer is a way to book appointments via WhatsApp).

    I also love the eyebrow threading service here – it’s always done professionally, quickly, and efficiently (while allowing me to sit in my chair)!

    I wish this place many years of success – it’s nice to see a beauty place that’s been in a business for a while and the staff staying instead of changing all the time.

    Appointment for eyelash extension with Moon. She is professional & skilful in her work. I love how natural it feels on my eyes and very satisfied overall ?

    Wonderful experience. Moon was so gentle and came so highly recommended. She was so gentle and I professional. I love my eyelash extension. I can 100% recommend her at Es Boudoir.
