    First impression matters. Planning to try out this salon as their videos been appearing on my phone. Texted them but I felt that their responses are not very nice/friendly. So i cancel the intention to try out. Hmmm

    I love going to Eri Su Salon, service here always slaps. But recently I went here for a haircut and a new stylist attended to me. I realised after a few days the haircut doesnt sit right so i contacted the salon and Eri very politely requested me to come over and treat me to a cut and style. I had a personal stylist in mind which was Andy (who wasnt around the other time) and after analysing the haircut, he cut my hair further and adjusted it. I am very picky when it comes to a haircut, ive had bad experiences with other salons in my past time so trust me when i say Andy has magical hands. I left the salon feeling satisfied and pretty! Recovery service is 100%. Thank you Eri Su Salon for going out of your way to make me feel welcomed, truly appreciate it. Id recommend anyone to come here, they always have monthly offers for hair services that’ll save your wallet for pampering sessions!

    I’m not one to leave reviews normally; but since nobody is emailing me back, I might as well just write here. I just had an awful experience at this Salon today and the worst thing is – it’s not the first time my hair turned out nothing like what I’ve requested. I left the Salon angry, dissatisfied and frustrated!

    I went in today just to get my roots touched up and was worried it might overlap with the highlights I currently have. I even asked the stylist several times if we can opt for a lighter color as I don’t want my highlights to get darker; the stylist reassured me that my hair won’t turn dark and the color at my roots will blend naturally.
    To my surprise, the color turned too dark and the stylist overlapped 2/3 inches and there’s no blending whatsoever. I don’t know if it’s the toner that was left in for too long; which btw I didn’t request. Either way, I hate how the color turned out and don’t even get me started on the styling part. I left the salon with my hair looking frizzy af and just awful.
    At this point; I’m just disappointed more than anything and I’m left with a package that I don’t intend on using; since I obviously don’t plan on visiting this Salon anymore.
    I’ve had a positive experience in the past (coloring, cutting and styling) but unfortunately the Stylist that did my hair back then is no longer working there.

    I hope you guys could at least have the decency of emailing your clients back. I’ve reached out complaining about my hair and questions I had regarding my package; but I have yet to receive a response.

    – pic 3/4 is after 😔 (I even had to restyle my hair again when I got home and apply tons of serum as it was soo dry and frizzy…definitely a waste of my time and money!)

    I’ve been exploring different hair colors with Andy since 2020, and he never fails to impress! After dyeing a reddish-brown shade previously, I was nervous about the red showing when I bleached it. But Andy worked his magic and achieved the stunning ash grey-blue color I desired! He’s my go-to stylist for all my color transformations! Super super love this colour ❤️

    This was my second hair perm by stylist CY. He was very patient when he do my hair even though my hair is very short. Definitely will come back to perm my hair again and he never disappoint me! Thank you CY!

    My first time here at ERI SU salon.
    I did the rebonding and balayage hair color. CY knew what i wanted for my hair. Gratefully, despite colouring my hair for the first time, it turned out very well. Im a happy and satisfied customer. Definitely, will do my hair again with CY.

    I got my hair done by CY and it was the best experience thus far!
    He understood the colour analysis really well and introduced me a hair colour that wasnt too bright which instantly lighten up my tan complexion.
    Overall, he had listened to all of my concerns regarding my hair and delivered the results way beyond my expectations. I’m in love with the end product and will be taking many selfies now! 🤩

    I recently visited ERI SU SALON and had the pleasure of getting a haircut from CY Wang. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the ambiance of the salon was both stylish and inviting.

    Stylist CY took really good care of me! I requested a butterfly cut and a red touch up to my now-faded-into-brown hair and he delivered beyond expectations!! The salon is located at Orchard Gateway and if you check out their instagram you’ll see that they do a variety of styles and colours and they do it well 😉

    i went last week and it was first time there, i did my hair with eri su himself. i never knew what i rlly wanted for my hair and what looked good, so i just gave up and trusted him LOL. the staff were really nice and welcoming, and the whole vibe of the place is just great! it’s been a week and i sometimes lazy to style my hair but omg the way he cut makes my natural hair look so good by itself with no styling???? other salons they cut like dk what but he did mention that he’d cut my hair so it grows out nicely and yea it does. legit i recommend this place and trust me frfr 😫🙏🏻

    2 stars would be the most based on what was requested and the hefty amount i paid.

    I was quoted $328-358 after showing my hair length specifically.
    I was charged $509 on that day, for highlights. $509 for highlights

    The colour was beautiful but I had to get it redone again at the salon as i wanted full head.
    Its been exactly 6 days the colour has faded and its brassy, unfortunately. After paying $509 dollars for highlights i would think perhaps it would last for atleast one month.

    If I wasn’t quoted $300+ initially i would have never booked an appointment at a salon i found on IG. It is someone’s earnings, a little mindfulness and kindness goes along way and please do be honest.

    I love the outcome of my hair after the haircut. It was my 1st time, and im very impressed! Great service. Good location. I’ve was welcome by the man himself Mr Eri Su. Such a nice humble guy! Anw i didnt get the name of the hair stylist that cut my hair. He did a great job! Wait for my return! Hehee..

    Visited the salon solely on online reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Wanted to do a colour and highlight but CY recommended a colour & repair treatment instead, which I….. LOVED! The customised pink violet colour made me look fairer & younger. Sharon assisted him and she was a delight to chat with. Definitely will visit again, thank you for the experience
