    Beauty treatments use Guinot and Jyunka products from France. A variety of nail products are available, including the well known OPI and Shellac Gelpolish.

    Love the place and especially Umi/ serene and Yen. They are the reason keep on coming. So lovely and welcoming. And of course great service!!

    Kiki provides the best manicures. She’s detailed, patient and truly cares about her clients. Her nail art is spectacular!

    I have been coming to Elegant Nails for over 7 years at both the Valley Point and Tanglin Mall outlets and always been happy with the manicures, pedicures gel and Shellac polish. The girls always ask if I would like a treatment and sometimes I will agree and others I will decline. Either way, they are always gracious and don’t make me feel bad with hard sell tactics.

    Today Umi worked on my mani and Kiki on my pedi. As always, they were attentive, responsive to my queries and professional.

    First time there, went for a mani/pedi…they sold me a shellac and treatments and gave me the price after of course…I’ve finished with a 200sgd bill?

    most expensive I have ever had!…and the mani is not even well done.

    Nice ladies but pushy to sell services and not really nice work. Should have ask for the prices first but i won’t go back .

    Got scammed. Asked the lady how much a gel manicure was she said $52. During the service she said my nails were weak so she need to use some overlay. Charged me $132 at the end for three services. She changed me $40 for just the classic manicure (which was literally just for the removal of mail cuticles and nail trim), $ 41 for the gel part, and $52 for the overlay! If you are a foreigner don’t go or they will scam you.

    Elegant nails is a gem. Serene is amazing at nails, threading , ipl and more. The service is very professional and friendly. I walk out feeling well taken care of and enjoy the experience of it all . I highly recommend you go and experience the best service they offer.

    Yen gives great facials. Her eyebrow coloring and shaping is excellent. I strongly recommend seeing her!

    Yen is amazing..she has such lovely personality! I did both facial and waxing and Yen took her time to explain things to me..definitely coming back!!

    I love this place and have been a loyal customer for over 10 years now. The reason why I keep going back is because of two star manicurist called Umi and Grace. They can make you feel like a super star even when you don’t feel like one. They provide excellent service and both have great creative art skills. My nails are healthy, beautiful and perfectly taken care off. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

    I had a lovely time at Elegant Nails. Grace & Umi were very friendly and spoke great English.

    The nails look great and the place is clean.

    I’ll definitely come back.

    I have had the most horrendous experiences at Elegant Nails, Tanglin Mall. They burnt my eyebrows once and today they burnt my daughters. They should not be using wax for eyebrows without understanding the skin.

    Their billing is always wrong. They have a RANGE of prices for upper lip and eyebrow and no definition of what constitutes a low price and the high price. The bill is always for the high.

    They are always trying to upsell every single session. Upselling is great but annoying. They do not ask for permission before charging you for anything. Last time during my third or fourth pedicure with them (all with the same person), she suddenly said I need to buy my own blades and scrubber for the purpose of hygiene!! Suddenly? I said yes. When I saw the bill it was $60+ something for the scrubber which I assumed was 5-10, and another $10 for the blades. This is the third time they have tried billing something or the other extra and they have absolutely no ethics nor fear of any governing laws.

    I really think they ought to be reported and looked into!

    Dishonest about pricing and just trying to upsell every minor process of the pedicure and manicure. It ended up costing so much more than I expected. Staff was not welcoming and really deceptive and in the end the nail art was not even done properly. Such a waste. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.
