    I urge everyone not to patronize DRx as they are extremely pushy and are not ethical in the way that they conduct their business. Basically just wanted to try out their chemical peel and they were so so pushy and keep on forcing me to sign up for their packages. Initially I signed up for a package of $3500 (with gst it amounts to $3815). However they were still not satisfied and kept on pressuring me to top up another $1500 to the package, telling me that they will give me an additional 2 chemical sessions on top of the promotion if I top up $1500 to the package, saying that I can use the $1500 to buy any other of their products in the future and there is no expiry date. I was gullible and fell for their plot. The next time I went there, they tell me that if I have the intention to purchase their other services, $1500 wasn’t enough and I had to top up another $2188 to become $3688 in order to go for their other skin care services. If not 1 Ala carte price of HIFU will be $926.50, which is easily 70%-100% higher than the market rate price. Seems that their prices are all deliberately marked up very high just because my money is already with them and they can choose to charge me whatever they want after I fell for their trap. I told them that I am getting a very bad deal out of it and want my money back but they refused and just ignored me totally. they don’t even to follow up with my future appointments too. All these while they were just telling me lies after lies and tons of empty promises

    With Drx for 10 years, see this place becomes like a market , noisy and sales associates are pushy. The standard has dropped tremendously. Not continuing for sure . Just not worth the price.

    Arrived at the clinic on time for my appointment. However, the nurses at Orchard branch made me wait 30 minutes before attending to me.

    Even before receiving their treatment, the service was already so bad and they didnt apologise for causing me to be late for my next appointment.

    I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here, unless you have the whole day to wait.

    I arrived early by 15min for my appointment, time 2min for registration and then the sales lady come and explained to me about the treatment. But at the end is more focus on selling instead of giving solution to your problem or concern. Also, the treatment room should be ready before the customer come, instead of waiting 20-30min for the treatment room.

    Some of the sales associates are very pushy and try to trick you into buying extra services, even go as far as lying which is just unbelievable…Doctors are good in my opinion, but the aggressive sales associates are really off putting.
    I am going elsewhere after my package ends

    Been with The DRx Medispa about 10 years already and I can happily say that my skin texture has immensely improved. Their staff are all extremely helpful and friendly, and I always look forward to going for my treatments.

    Felt like a very basic facial, unlike how they sell it. Facial duration also seemed shorter than expected, mask was on for very long and… you are done. No hard-selling though.

    Not bad, not good. Meant to be a 75min facial, was 65mins. At the end there is a face mask – you are left with it on for 20mins and no other interaction. Claustrophobic, maddeningly boring and quite odd. Bought at a discount. Wouldn’t pay anything near full price
