    Had a hair cut, colour and simple treatment done by Candy. Thought she did a great job with it and best of all, she shared the products and services without any hard selling and she was not pushy in selling me products/extra services. Would go again to get my hair done by her.

    Team was attentive and customer friendly, taking care of my needs throughout the two hours i was under their care. Professional in their service and delivered without compromise and complaints exceptionally. Provided complimentary snacks and beverage without request. Ensured that service was adequate and appropriate at all times. Been here twice before and was under the care of different stylists. All stylists were skilled and knowledgeable, very satisfied with the perm and care that i was given. Definitely will be back and encourage all to give this small group a try!

    The service of the salon is remarkably good! Marcus and a female stylist were very professional and friendly in fixing my mane!

    They even went the extra mile to guide me how to properly and efficiently dry my hair! (It works ✨)

    As the treatment that I was doing took around 3-4 hours, they are so nice to provide me warm water and Milo (Marcus even offered me his bread after knowing I have yet to eat my lunch) 😇

    This review is written about 3 weeks after my treatment and my hair is still soft and fabulous!

    Highly recommend all to give the salon a try! 👍🏻

    amazing service by all the staff and sister Selene,she is super hardworking when it comes to giving the best service to her customers,she always goes the extra mile in helping you find the right hairstyle that suit your overall look. Not only that she will also work OT just to cut your hair when you are busy.
    Give them a try, they are amazing ppl with excelent service

    Very good service by lady boss and her team. Skillful and cheerful, even did my hair for my wedding. Very friendly, they are my go-to salon for me, my husband and my friends. thumbs up!

    Imagine the worst haircut possible for a guy. Now put it on a girl. That’s what one male hairdresser here did to my short hair. It’s not a matter of not being given clear instructions, he simply has no sense nor skill. Shaved me a bald spot, cut my layerings flat. I went to another salon to try saving the haircut and they mentioned the cut was also uneven. Spend $20 to learn never to come back again.

    For the record, nobody agrees to a bad haircut. Whatever I agreed to (not bob btw) just wasn’t delivered by a professional. If a salon can’t even tell whether a haircut is ugly…

    Previously came to fix my hair after some mishaps and the lady who attended to me was really nice and helpful.

    However, this time, I wanted to get a haircut and I didn’t know that I need to make a reservation.

    I walked in, and I was not greeted by the staff but rather a slient pause where the male staff at the counter looked at me like I should not be there.

    I had to explain that I wanted to get a haircut before he came to attend to me, which really left me puzzled?

    Did search up google but did not see the reviews mentioning anything about booking or such, understand that salon happened to be quite booked but as a customer who does not patronise hair salon frequently , I wouldn’t have the knowledge that the salon is packed and neither did the door at the salon state “we are fully booked from _ to _” so I don’t know why I was being treated as though I walked into a wrong place.

    I was very happy with the service provided by Mr Marcus, today is my second visit to the salon…I was so impressed that he gave me honest advice about the new haircut that I asked for and he patiently explained to me what hairdo is suitable to me…haha.. thanks for the good service and I will continue to enjoy his expertise guidance on my problematic hair.

    I went to 28 Hoy Fatt( #01-23 )today and Cut + Hair Dye done by Selene Lim . It’s turned out a beautiful cut and colour which was I didn’t expect this much 🫣🫣 +nice hospitality from her like offering some snacks and drinks. Will definitely come back again 😙

    Went to Cleopatra saloon today for a haircut and perm my hair , very good service and hand skill from the hairstylist will definitely return for haircut again👍
