    anna is patience with my unsatisfactory on e brows she drawn, with the help of another 2 consultants finally my brows are welly drawn and embroidered…good job

    Pushy staff. During treatment keep asking you to top up for extra add ons. 1 ampoule $199 excluding facial . After buy pacakge they anyhow service during facial. When pacakge ends, so so so persistent to pressure you buy package. I kept saying no for 30mins. Its freaking annoying

    They dont have a good system to keep track of ur pacakge and appointments.eg u buy 10 sessions,but in their system show as left sessions. They record in a scrapebook instead in the computer system

    Sundy is one of the best beauty therapists. She made my eyebrows look beautiful and is so natural! I was like a new person and I love it! I got lots of compliments. I recommend Sundy. Thank you Sundy!

    Sundy was my facial therapist. She was very detailed and amicable during the whole process of the facial. While there was some selling involved, she does still respect your choices. I do recommend her services if you are able to afford it!

    Went to do my eyelash extension at velocity. The technician was too focus on hard sell and hurt my eyelid. Too much hard selling. No peace. Not recommended.

    Anna did a great service on me. I did a Bojin treatment and she was really gentle and interactive. My skin is much clearer now and the Bojin treatment lifted my jaw a lot.

    Fei Wen was very knowledgeable and excellent at treatment! I have a chronic neck pain that most can’t treat and she managed to treat that! Highly recommend
