    I bought a 1.5 hour massage from FAVE. When I first arrived, the consultant was not very friendly. I called specifically to make an appointment for a 1.5 hour massage, but without informing me in advance, they told me it would be a 1 hour massage.

    The massage was average. But the worst thing is that Manager Yang’s service is really terrible. She is rude, unfriendly, self-righteous and obnoxious. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit.

    The massage was medicore and the service rendered by Manager Yang was horrendous. She is demeaning, rude and nasty. Stay over from this place!

    Purchased a fave eyelash deal for midtown outlet. Opt for a natural look but it came out pretty exaggerated. Eye lash was rough and thick, the curl was way too over. Zoe attended to me, she did advice a top up of 39 for a better quality set which I thought was unnecessary as the previous time I use a fave deal at N20 salon the quality was excellent. Didn’t expect the quality difference to be so huge. I was also asked to hold the fan myself to dry the glue on the eye, for this I think the company should invest in better products and equipments. Did not like that Zoe’s phone was vibrating next to my pillow on and off throughout the 50minutes experience so it was kind of annoying. The end result did not turn out pretty so I removed it on the same day and redo at another place. Not somewhere I would recommend or revisit.

    Giving two stars because Zoe was not pushy, was polite and friendly.

    Conflicting feelings because when you can tune out the relentless persistent hardselling, the massage is actually usually alright. Of course some variation in standard across staff, but generally alright.

    But need to endure the hardselling during and after your massage. If you’re not able to be thick skin about it, you will be left not really feeling relaxed / better anyway. I also still have not forgotten that although I had initially bought a trial massage that included guasha, they never honoured the guasha portion but tried to upsell me on guasha the very next time I came to start using my package.

    Called up SingPost branch to enquire about making appointments for Fave promo. The person picking up the line do not speak nor understand English and was very rude! She did not try to understand my question even after I spoke to her in mandarin and was impatient perhaps I mentioned I’m using Fave promo for their services! Very bad 1st impression even before I go.

    Would like to commend Zoe from Hougang midtown, my masseur, for her awesome techniques and strokes, my massage session was very relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommended!

    Went to Midtown outlet at Hougang. Very new, clean & quaint. Masseus Faye was very good with her techniques ans explain everything especially about internal ciruclation. Masseus Grace was also helpful and friendly with sharing information. They do try to promote for sales, but not too pushy. 😊👍

    Very good service from Winnie. She did my eyebrows with some adjustments to my previous eyebrows shape. I continued redoing my eyeliner with her as well. Very professional and comfortable with her and she accommodated me with preference and my “threshold of pain”.

    Carry on your good service. Thanks.

    Yan was not pushy and accommodating as well.

    Winnie and yen is a very professional beautician, I am very delighted she does my eyebrows and yen very amazing with the facials . The shop manager yang yang are all very accommodating. BEST SERVICE

    I found the whole experience interesting and comfortable . I’d highly recommend and also this place was clean.

    Definitely will come back for the next service

    Did a c white tribo facial here and served by Snow. She is very skillful and cheerful I really enjoyed the facial so much. Also thanks to Manager Yang for her good and kind service. She didn’t hard sell the products but patiently explain to me what will benefits me. Big thanks to both of you I really had a great experience with the both of you 👍👍👏
