    Started my postpartum slimming journey with CherylW since Jan 2023. Slimming is definitely not instantaneous, I’m glad that Apple (my assigned therapist) agrees with me and is helping me on this slimming journey by setting realistic goals together. She does her work diligently and also helps to arrange my appointments efficiently. When she’s not around, her colleague, Annie, does a great job too. Really looking forward to getting a slimmer body.

    One thing to improve on: the shower at the steam room seemed to be faulty. After steaming, the water from the shower is always cold. Not sure if it’s due to the heater that’s used to heat up the steam room? Nevertheless, not a big issue as I will pop by the shower in another cubicle to get myself cleaned.

    Went to Century Square outlet to try their Detox trial, the consultant Careen is very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and explained to me the details of the procedure that I’ll be doing. Can’t wait to comeback again 💫

    It has been about 2 years since I started my facial treatment with Cherly W, and you guys have provided me with excellent service throughout my time here. The place feels comfortable, quiet, and softly scented.

    My facial appointments were attended by Grace and Annie, both of them were helpful and friendly. They recommended treatment that was appropriate for my facial condition. Also, they always went the extra mile to provide me with the best service. I appreciate Annie and Grace explaining the benefits of the treatments in a way that caters to my personal needs.

    Started my facial treatments with Cheryl W about a year ago. My beauty consultant, Annie from Taka, is knowledgeable and friendly. She is able to recommend suitable treatments and she goes extra mile in taking care of my skin. She is a star!

    I first visited around mid 2020 to try out their strengthening porefection facial after seeing an ad on either IG or FB, and it was my first time experiencing a facial that could fully clean out all my pores without the typical painful extractions (they use a machine with sorta similar tech as hydrafacial).

    I’ve since been getting my monthly facials here with Annie who’s a really sweet lady – she does my facials and massages really well, and without hardselling. Would definitely recommend! 🙂

    I have been with Cheryl W for quite a while now . I really love their services and had such a warm welcoming . I stopped for about a year and came back with them again because all the other facial places couldn’t be compared with them – price pretty affordable, no hard selling and I do see great results . I was super excited that Annie was still in Cheryl . She’s amazing .

    I have been with Cheryl wee for more than a year, I choose them over other beauty service providers because most of the products used are their in-house products.

    I want to take this opportunity to thank my facial beauty consultant Annie from Takashimaya outlet, she is the one that I always look forward to during my facial appointment. My skin is much better as compared to last year and all thanks to Annie and her wonderful team! 🙂

    It started with a $28 facial treatment few years ago at the Taka outlet, which I know will end up much more but I was desperately trying to do something to improve my skin. Fast forward now, I got a reliable facial therapist Annie, who is just the most professional and sweetest in taking care of my skin. Suffice to say, my skin has improved heaps and I look forward to the monthly self care sessions with Annie 🙂

    I was lured by a $98 trial. I’ve been back every week for 8 weeks and I’ve definitely seen a difference. It’s not miracles, but I’m wearing clothes I haven’t worn for years so it’s working!

    The staff are all super nice, in particular my therapist Apple who looks after me really well.

    Multipolar treatment isn’t for everyone – it feels like firm pressure massage so if you don’t like that then you might find it uncomfortable. I do like a firm pressure massage so I practically sleep through my treatments, and then get a nice steam bath at the end. Yes I’ve come away with bruises, but only after the first few treatments – definitely improves over time.

    They will try to sell you a package, but outside of surgery there are no ‘one and done’ options for non-invasive procedures so it makes sense to offer a package of treatments.

    If you are prepared to commit to regular treatments, drink lots of water and have realistic expectations about what you can achieve then I would definitely recommend as I have seen some results. How sustainable it is, remains to be seen …!

    I did a couple of treatment such as the detox and burn fat treatment..I see a reduction of my belly fat and fats feels softer than before. The procedures were very efficient and staff were kind, helpful and efficient in attending to my doubts and queries. Throughout this journey, I became aware about my body and daily habits. Action breeds more clarify than thoughts .. try it and see the effects for yourself. Thank you Cheryl W.

    Excellent service by the sweet therapist Wei Lan all these years. She is always ready to go the extra mile. Thankful to her. A shout-out to Rebecca and the other pretty ladies there who are friendly, helpful and makes one feel at ease.

    Usually I do not write reviews on facial treatments because it is quite standard across Singapore with the hard selling and pushing you to buy their own products, etc …

    But here , I have to write ! Reasons?

    1. NO hard selling ! In which I feel very comfortable going there for my appointment!

    2. Service! I can give a 5 star on that really !

    Apple who is the one has been doing my facial treatment is very good and gentle! When she is doing my facial treatment,
    she will explain to me what is she going to do ,what will be next and what to do after the treatment. A very good service from her ! You guys can find her if you really want to feel like a Queen !
