    Got my hair cut and wash by Cindy. Very outgoing and engaging hairstylist. Wish that my Chinese was better to have a better engagement with her. She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to hairstyles!

    Did my haircut here for the first time and Cindy was very friendly and outgoing! She even when the extra mile to advise me on what product I should use to help with my dry grass hair and how I should style my hair 😂 she definitely made my hair look nicer! Thank you Cindy!     The most important part of a person’s hair is completely safe to be handled by senior professionals. There is no fear or pressure. The appearance is perfect and the inner mental comfort is also achieved. I will definitely go back again👍👍👍

    I have never been treated more of a fool than here. I decided to give this place a chance despite the ugly reviews . Surely they must be doing something right if they’ve lasted since ‘94 right? Wrong! The lady has not a single clue how to handle textured hair. Unless it’s pin straight like hers, she thinks it’s problematic . Literally pulled at my hair and yanked at it . Bunched it all up and scrubbed like it was on old rag. I had to pay extra for a “collagen treatment “ and because I had “very very long hair” . It’s just above my waist, but she acted like I was expecting something outrageous out of her? If she wasn’t willing to do her job maybe she could have said so? She was too lazy to dry it so she decided to put it open in the machine and it created a tornado-like suction and tangled it further. When I told her it’s getting tangled she begrudgingly brought out the blow dryer and shot it at my hair from all directions and created more frizz and tangles until I resembled a homeless person. She also tried to convince me that my hair is just frizzy ? When in truth it’s just wavy with high porosity and just needed to be treated differently. It’s 2023 man come on. The place is also not maintained at all and the lady dresses so unprofessionally like she just woke up and dragged herself here . Worst thing is that all this cost me $202 . My hair looked worse after than before I got myself into this mess .

    I had a wonderful experience at candace hair salon at loyang point mainly because of hairdresser Cindy who was very professional and did an excellent job. She also went the extra mile to make me comfortable. I hope her efforts are recognised and she is rewarded accordingly.

    My hair was quite dry and frizzy but Cindy did a great job. Initially I went in with the thought of just a haircut but decided to go for the scalp treatment as well. My hair is very smooth and light now. Would highly recommend Cindy! Thank you.
