    My first time here, got a full face thread by Manjeet. She did my threading nicely and gently! Customer service was great. Will definitely come back and get my threading done here now after my working hours?

    I have been doing eyebrow threading here, with Fatima, for several years now. Fatima is very professional and experienced, she gets it right every time hence my repeat visits. I strongly recommend her for eyebrow/ facial threading.

    Went for henna, hot oil massage n steaming, facial services. Lovely Metime Self gift for Mother’s Day. Head oil massage was so soothing, i almost nodded off. Facial was peaceful n relaxing too… My fav Manjit was so professional, her expertise shows in her magic fingers. Loved how she treats n makes me feel great too.

    My regular go-to because of proximity to office. Really easy to book online. Have had my brazilian and leg waxings done by Fatima. She will recommend the type of wax suitable for the current session – does not suggest the most expensive just for the sake of it. she does it well too so pain is very manageable. she did my face waxing too, no issues with it. i’ve done hot oil treatment here before too, really lovely service to get.

    Had my threading at Bonita Raffles Place and it was an unpleasant one. The threader was Ms Fatimah and she was unfriendly. Hygiene/cleanliness was also questionable as hands and equipment/tools were not sanitised before touching my face and brows. In addition, brows were threaded unevenly – one side drooping, the other side straight. When questioned the unevenness, she just brushed it off with some lame reasons.

    I’m a regular customer with Bonita but I always went to Orchid Hotel outlet. First time visiting this outlet but it was unpleasant. Ms Fatimah was the one who served me and I did brows threading. Totally not friendly at all and the experience was bad. My brows not nicely threaded and shaping was bad too. Definitely not coming back this outlet. Hope the company can do something about this. I always have very good experience and great customer service from Orchid Hotel. Hope for the same at this outlet.

    Very reasonable face threading and waxing place near raffles place. And the beauticians are extremely well trained since hair removal is almost painless every time here ?

    I have been going to bonita for henna hair color and face threading in one raffles place. Really appreciate Kinder for her pleasant service and amazing hot oil head and neck massage. Highly recommend!

    Edit: Avoid coming here on a weekend. I came when it was crowded and was told to wait outside. 30 mins later, another staff told me they couldn’t take me in. It was a waste of time. Had I been told from the beginning not to wait, I would have just left. I found this very unprofessional. I used to be a regular customer but I don’t think I am coming back
