    Facial experience is good and pleasant, my beautician Eunice is experience and skillful. Team of consultants at NEX branch is also professional, no hard selling.

    My facial therapist is Eunice. She puts me at ease while she does a very detailed job each time when I visit.

    She handles the whole process very professionally with my sentitive face feeling clean and refresh after each session. The shoulder massage strength is just nice to bring relief and feeling relax after the whole facial session.

    friendly staffs and my therapist Eunice always give very useful and helpful advice for my skin, her massage helps to relax my tiring muscles and her extraction is always gentle and not painful 😊

    Have been with them for close to 20 years. Very good customer service and therapists are well trained. Unfortunately, since the change of management, they have been resorting to hardselling to hit KPIs. Every session of facial (that is pampering and relaxing) will be punctuated by attempts to hardsell at the end. I’m staying with them because of the service level. But would appreciate if they can just tone down on the hardselling.

    Been with them for more than 5 years, good quality facial treatments at a competitive pricing. Eunice does my treatments and always requests her only since she has very good techniques and makes the session really relaxing too!

    I always look forward to my monthly relaxing facial sessions with BMF and have been with them for almost 20 years! Highly recommend my long-term therapist, Jen who is very friendly and experienced. She has good facial and shoulder massage skills too. Thank you to Consultant Beatrice, who is always so caring and gives me professional advice on my skin conditions. Appreciate Joey who makes the effort to accommodate my desired timing. Keep up the good work!

    I already with BMF or Bella since 2007. I like the way of their facial arrangement from start all the way till the end. Including the hand massage, eyebrow trimmed etc.

    I looking forward to my facial session with my beautician Eunice, she is cheerful, energetic and friendly. I think with her I always dose off easily. Highly recommended to people who intend to try or change their facial company.

    I have been with BMF for more than 10 years. My favourite facial therapist is Eunice. She is very professional and does a good and detailed job each time. I enjoy every facial session with her, as she is able to let me have a relaxing time with her skills and shoulder massages. My face feels clean and radiant after each session.

    All the staff at BMF are friendly and easygoing. Good job, BMF Serangoon!

    I’ve been having my facial done by Eunice for many years. I only trust her to be my facial therapist because she understands my skin’s needs and always treat my skin with so much care. I’m so comfortable having Eunice as my therapist so much so that I constantly fell asleep during my sessions.

    Consultant clearly explained about the treatment. Therapists very professional, know their job very well, flexible with the body areas to cover. BMF not only for body shaping for me but machine and massage also help with my tight shoulder & body circulation!
