    Went for IPL service, called in the afternoon and got arrange a slot almost immediately. Customer service is very good. Recommend it.

    A cosy beauty salon. I had my session in a spacious room and I’m impressed it has a bed much bigger than other salons so ladies feel free to fall asleep without fear of rolling off ☺️ This is the first time I’m trying a womb massage, moxibustion, and facial with ox horn. An interesting experience that I’d recommend all to try.

    My complimentary (thru a voucher given to me from a charity contribution) facial experience at Beauty Hope AMK branch is surprisingly very good.👏🏼😊

    As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed with warm and friendly faces of the staff. I was asked to fill out a form and answered a few questions about my skin regimen. Then Sophia proceeded to cleanse and then examine my skin. She suggested a facial treatment that will detoxify and brighten up my skin. The treatment was relaxing and I noticed something positively different with how my skin felt as soon as the treatment was done. Sophia also massaged my shoulder and head for a bit, which was a nice touch to the experience.

    After the treatment, I was ushered to the manager who was curious to know about my experience. Her demeanor, along with that of the staff who assisted her, was very pleasant. She offered me an affordable package and did not make me feel awkward on whether or not I take the package. I ended up accepting the offer because I really loved the experience. 🙏

    💖 What was extraordinary was when they allowed my husband and 8 yr old son to sit and wait for me at the lobby (about 15 mins). The manager also handed my son a plushy gift for no reason at all, she was just being sweet and kind to a young boy who patiently waited for his mom.

    I tried Beauty Hope’s complimentary facial treatment 😊 and I was not disappointed!

    Well done to the owner who has done a good job at training her team in delivering exceptional service. Thank you!

    The pampering session was superb. Instant lifting right away after the bo jin treatment. Thank you Cherry for constantly check with me about the pain level and make sure i am comfortable through out the session. Highly recommended!

    I had a wonderful facial experience at BeautyHope @AMK branch. The beautician, Cheery, was very attentive. She demonstrated excellent technique throughout the facial. She also provided valuable insights into the benefits of each product used. I felt rejuvenated and my skin is noticeably glowing and firmer after treatment.

    I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments!

    I recently had the privilege of experiencing a facial treatment sponsored by Beauty Hope for World Madam 2023. I couldnt be happier with the results from the moment I walked through the door to the final touch.

    Queenie who performed my facial was not only highly skilled as her expertise was evident in every step of the process, from gentle cleansing to the rejuvenating mask and the therapeutic massage. I could feel my stress melting away with every skillful touch.

    I cant wait to return for another session of pampering.

    (This is my first time here and I really like their sincere and attentive reception. When I have a facial, I also do moxibustion. For womb care, their moxa sticks are very good and have a soothing effect. After all, womb care is very important for external beauty, so I chose womb care moxibustion without hesitation. Queenie’s technique during my facial was very good, and Sophia’s massage of the uterus was also great. I really recommend Beauty Hope.

    The person in charge, Jess, is also a very good big sister. She is kind to others and very professional in beauty knowledge.)

    这是我第一次来， 真的很喜欢他们真诚和用心的接待。 做facial 的时候， 我也顺便做艾灸。 保养子宫， 他们家的艾条很不错，感觉得到舒缓的效果， 毕竟子宫保养对外在美很重要， 所以我毫不犹豫的选择了子宫护理艾灸一起坐。Queenie 帮我做facial 里手法很好， Sophia 的按摩子宫的力道也很棒， 真心推荐beauty hope.

    Bought a Fave voucher at SGD 15 and had my facial done with Sophia.

    Though the environment and the entrance wasn’t as fancy as those bigger chains, but I was greeted by all of them when I step in, they all say hello in synchronised, really surprised me.

    My facial consists of a bojin face massage, cleanse, extraction and total 3 machine used.

    I just say that She is very detailed and skilful l, her way of doing is not like those in the rush but she ensure every step is done properly and gently to my skin/face.

    The whole experience is pleasant and I hope the next time I can fell asleep while on mask if longer time allowed. 🙂

    The sales – Tracy understood my bad experience of signing package as I explained to her (things like signed and the shop close, or the one who served me left etc), so at least she agreed to let me try the lesser package instead of 10 times, so I sign the package because of her understanding and sincerity.

    Appointment: 30 June 2023, 5PM @AMK outlet.

    I have been to quite a fair share of facials, but this is literally the worst experience I had.

    I went with my mother for the facial as she needed someone to accompany her, thinking that I will get to relax but NO, to my horror, the staff (name starts with C) kept on saying negative things about my lifestyle habits DURING THE FACIAL and how I MUST (emphasize MUST) change it.

    What in the world?????? She kept restricting my habits, even my own mother doesn’t do that. The actual audacity. I can’t believe it.

    The facial procedure is also kind of average, so please reconsider before booking an appointment. I will never visit this facial salon ever again.
