    Was introduced by a friend of mine to this shop. Nice and peaceful environment but the best thing about this place was definitely the staff. My therapist, Mary was very skilled in her work and I really enjoyed the extraction procedure that was relatively painless. The front desk person, Serene was also very nice and did not engage in hard selling. Will recommend especially if you are looking for facials in the Orchard area.

    I had a wonderful experience at Beauty21. The staff were patient and explained everything properly to me, and the results of the micro blading was amazing. Very satisfied with their service!

    Loved the service here! Did my facial here recently due to a pimple breakout and it was resolved. They do the traditional extraction facial here which I needed given my acne prone skin.

    Came back again recently, service standards are still as good!

    I have been going to Beauty21 for more than 20 years. The therapists at Beauty 21 are all knowledgeable, patient and professional. Importantly they are not “pushy” in selling any beauty packages. Going to Beauty 21 for any treatment is relaxing and you see improvements.

    Was walking along Orchard Gateway and discovered this shop. Realised the reviews were good and decided to give them a shot for their $60 lunch time facial deal. The therapist was very skilled and the massage was very relaxing. No hard selling of packages or products. Will visit again.

    I’ve been using their service since more than 20 yrs ago on a regular basis average once every 1-2 months.
    Was recommended by my colleague as I was a biker & my face was in bad condition.
    After 2 treatments done by Mary, it shows significant improvement. It was so obvious that many friends asked me what did I do to my face & they went to her too. Over the years she has been keeping my face well!
    Her latest outlet at Orchard Gateway is extremely cosy & staffs are very friendly too

    I have been enjoying Beauty 21 services for more than 30 years. Mary Lee, The Principal, is professional, patient and pay attention to details. Also, no hard selling of products but truly recommend based on individual requirements.

    i really liked the service here – the beautician was just the right balance of chatty and calming. she didn’t talk to me the whole time, and gave me the space to just luxuriate in silence too. i always end up dozing during facials, and I’m glad the experience was unobtrusive.

    Love the facial massage of 15-20mins.. it’s really good as they did face massage and shoulder too! It’s a good relaxing session and I enjoy my facial a lot! Will book my next appointment soon:)

    I had Classic Anti-Oxidation OMEGA Luminious Facial last week and it was the best facial ever! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable explaining step by step the treatment. My face feels clean and glowy right after the treatment, cant wait to go back again!

    Had a really nice facial session at Beauty21 recently. Their Signature Phyris Time Release Facial Treatment gives a long lasting and visible results for all skin conditions, especially for skin that is prone to premature aging, fine lines and dehydration.

    I also did their signature extraction and it wasn’t very painful and the best part, it’s not red after! In addition, the staff’s professionalism and expertises was top-notch and I actually fell asleep through the entire facial.

    The facial begins with cleanse, exfoliation and extraction is gentle and it all feels lovely. My favourite part of the facial was the application of a Specialised Mask ! My skin feels plumped, natural glow and renewed after the treatments. ?? Recommended Classic Essential Soothe and Calm OMEGA Facial ！

    The staff were really friendly and helpful. I like that you are able to customise your facial treatment such as the thoroughness of the extraction process. The staff were also professional and would help you determine the suitable type of treatment for your skin type.

    Tried their Classic anti-oxidant OMEGA Luminous Facial (90mins), my skin feels a lot more toned and regenerated.

    The room smells really good and so relaxing that I fell asleep under their beauty ambassador, Lai Kuan’s magical fingers lol. Her attentiveness and massages really made me feel very relaxed. The location of this place is only 2 mins walk from Somerset MRT station at Orchard Gateway and thus it is really convenient.

    Staff are really professional and friendly. I like how they can customise the facial according to what you need. The whole facial treatment was so comfortable that I fell asleep through the entire session. Would definitely recommend this store!

    Went there for the first time that day for a facial and the staff was so nice to assess my skin condition and recommend a facial treatment that was most fitting for my current skin condition. love the relaxing environment and service! Did the PHYRIS calm and even facial treatment with OMEGA light therapy. Was served by Chloe and I must say she’s really knowledgeable in what she does! skin was glowing right after the facial and I could really feel the difference in pore size and skin texture the next day… would definitely go back again for maintenance. Highly recommend.

    I have always struggled with my acne issues due to so much stress from work. Thankfully one of my dear friends recommended me to Beauty21. Their extractions are not painful at all and their purity acne treatment has helped improve my skin condition. Very thankful to Aunty Mary for her help and expertise. The spa like environment is also an added bonus.

    I’ve been to Beauty 21 for years and this new location is definitely an upgrade. A more upscale, spa-like interior allows me to enjoy my teen facial treatment even better. My therapist Lai Kuan, who apparently has been at Beauty 21 for over 20 years is very skilled and delicate. Highly recommend this place for their traditional facial treatments.

    I have been coming to Beauty 21 for almost 5 years now. Started coming when I was a teenager as I suffered from very bad acne. The staff were very courteous and accommodating, allowing me to feel at ease during the treatment. I was initially doubtful of how skilled they were in acne extraction, however, I was thoroughly impressed when there was little to no pain experienced during my facial!

    I also appreciate the fact that the rooms are always very neat and tidy. Given the current COVID situation, their team also stepped up and do regular disinfection work after EVERY customer. That’s right!

    The staff’s punctuality is also very much appreciated. I tend to go for the earlier bookings at 9/10 am and when I arrive, the B21 staffers have already set up and tided the place up. Very impressive.

    Great facial techniques by Renee! Chanced upon this place when I was looking up for waxing service. Really enjoyed my facial experience here, did not renew my facial package as it’s far from home but they were not pushy at all. Keep up the good work and service!

    I have done my eyebrows embroidery by Eileen. She is very skillful & professional. She explained clearly before she started the job. She is very caring to remind me on the out coming possible effect after the embroidery has done. Will recommend to whoever want to do the eyebrows embroidery.

    tried their facial and was very satisfied with the result. Best facial that i’ve tried so far. No pushy but yet very patience and details to explain to me. Prices are reasonable.
