    Love the place and the service provided by Zhiying who is very warm and professional.

    However, was a bit surprised to note that the cupping cups are not big and smaller than the usual cups that are used.

    Results are not that obvious, but perhaps it could be because I did not come for some of the sessions (recommended to come for one full month)

    However, I feel very relaxed and rejuvenated after my sessions, so that’s a win!

    Last week is my first time try do the eyelashes service in this beauty salon , after i done my eyelashes the lady starting sales me package.

    At first, I didn’t plan to buy it and i give the reason is i don’t know how long can last and more prefer try 1 time , if is good i’ll come back next time and sign package from her , but the girl told me that the products used by their company are all good, imported from Japan, and guaranteed to last for at least 3 weeks.

    But I have only been doing it for a week now and almost all of it has fallen off.

    I often get false eyelash extensions, so I basically know how to take care of them.

    This is really bad experience for me cause now i have to paid more and looking other place to fix this problem and also i feel disappointed.

    Had a bad experience doing lashes in JB so I went to this Beauties Nails & Lashes Salon to remove it and redo my lashes. I am happy to say I was very satisfied with my eyelashes extension and with the whole experience here. I love how my lashes turned out which done by Ms. May. She was very professional and lovely. Definitely will repeat again!

    Did eyelash here , the beautician explain very details for me before she start to do my eyelashes , did not feel any uncomfortable during the process , she did a quick and very good job for me. The design looks my eyes so beautiful , really professional and patient lash artist, beside that she also teach me how to take care of my lashes at home . Really recommended !!! Thanks Mei😊

    I went to get a my lashes done, I asked for a Thai lash design, during the whole process there was a lot of stinging which I thought was normal anyways since my previous experience was like that as well. When she was done she asked me if it was comfortable. It was fine at that moment of checking but when I tried to blink there was a tiny bit of discomfort, to which she assured me shld be normal. But when I went home to check closely on the mirror once more I realised that she had glued most of my lashes way too close to my skin and some were ON my skin. The feeling progressively got worse as I kept blinking and I cloud feel the poking on my eyelids. I immediately got them removed and exchanged for a new set at another lash salon. When I asked the lash tech to see if my lashes done by beauties were correct , she also agreed that they were way too close to the skin.

    I think it’s a good thing that beauties offered to check if I felt uncomfortable, but even the design that I asked for didn’t look like it in the end , I pointed that I wanted to do lashes like from one of their posts on ig but my end result didn’t look like it ://

    They also don’t do refunds, I tried to get at least half of my money back ( i paid like $90+ in total) but was told they couldn’t do refunds.
