    Average service and a very basic haircut for mot so average prices. Stylists don’t seem to communicate well, don’t really know what a curly cut is, and were in a hurry to finish and leave. Extremely disappointed with the cut and the service. My daughter has curly hair and they basically blow dried it straight. Not going back.

    Molly and Nina provided an excellent service. I love a combination of massage and scalp treatment. The scalp mask was cooling and purifying. Would love to return.

    Amazing service. Thank you Namo for attention to small details for the Head spa. I felt relaxed during the scalp massage, hair trament and the lovely environment. Recommended!! Headspa is called “True care”

    Service was quite bad as the registration messed up the checkin and I didn’t get to my appointment until much later. My haircut was a lot shorter than I wanted, not enough layer and the ends are cut so abruptly that they curl out in an odd way. I’m honestly very disappointed with the skills of the hair stylist at this hair salon.

    This is my first time doing a head spa at Bada Hair and I am glad to share that I was well-pampered. The therapist did my head and hair was Chorom. A young Korean lady full of smiles. I like how she handled the who session and her skills are commendable. I had a good sleep right after! I shall not hesitate to come again for their head spa services and get Chorom to tend to me again.

    It was my first time at this Salon. I just arrived in Singapore and my hair needed saving from living in a country with no good salons, strong sunlight. Eve did a really good job! She definitely saved my hair. My husband was also satisfied so he bought the package for me haha! They had comfortable sofas for people to wait. Everyone was friendly as well. Will be back again when I visit Singapore the next time.

    I found a hair salon in Singapore that I really like. I can receive the same high-quality hair care that I used to get in Korea.

    Booked head spa through Bada when it was actually done in ‘ministry of scalp health’. No mention whatsoever on website. All these korean salons that advertise the head spa have the exact same website and menu.

    For 196 sgd, I expected more of a relaxing experience but the massage itself was too rough and felt like express spa. Not enough attention on scalp massage for a head spa ?? I wouldn’t be as upset if this was something cheap to do for fun.

    Also no styling, just the most basic blow dry. the chair too was not at all comfortable.

    EDIT: i was wrongly told my scalp was oily, when it was actually dry, so all the products i bought actually dried out my scalp even more and worsened the problem/caused more flakiness. A complete waste of money with “professionals” that don’t know what they are doing.

    It’s a rather cozy and relaxing spa, had my treatment done by Nina, she was very sweet and was quick to adjust when being told. The overall process was very comfortable too!

    This was my first time to visit Bada Hair Salon after looking at some reviews in Google. They arranged Zen as my hairstylist, she was very responsive to customer request, able to give suggestions and made customer feel comfortable in salon. Salon had a very nice vibe with some botanic feel, overall I am satisfied with Zen’s service and will return again.

    Incredible experience. Carmen took time to assess my hair and explain options. In the end, I’m v pleased with the outcome. They didn’t hard sell but with the level of service, I’m very happy to pay. A trusted place for hair makeover

    Had the Milbon Hair treatment with Ao, and it was incredible! Ao was super attentive, the scalp massage was so relaxing, and my hair feels fresh, light, and super soft. The whole experience was pure self-care—great ambiance, top-notch products, and expert service. Highly recommend for anyone looking to pamper their scalp and hair!

    Cut and perm with Sam. Got upsold a hair treatment. I wanted a haircut before Chinese New Year, and to give my hair some body. After $700 I ended up with barely any hair cut and hair was frizzy. Never spent so much money to come out worse than I went in. I complained to Bada, no response. I am not sure if this place can survive….

    Tried this salon with no preferance for any stylist & was assigned Eve

    So glad to be assigned Eve as she is one of the most friendly and customer centric stylist
    She is able to suggest what hairstyle would suit me and explained how each cut would turn out. Am impressed with the end result

    Overall was impressed with everything from the cut, to the wash and the service rendered

    They charged me $450+ for a perm and a cut but on their website it was much cheaper and took advantage of me because I was younger. Don’t be fooled by the Google reviews, often many are fake

    Fantastic experience at the head spa!!!
    We were treated so well, all the staff were amazing. The treatment was fantastic and knowledge of products was great.
    We will definitely go back on our next visit to Singapore.

    I got amazing hair cut by Yoshiko! My hair was very messy as I just got a perm two months ago with many uneven layers. She was very thorough and took time 8to listen to my needs. My hair looks fab! Love it very much

    Did a hair spa with Goyo yesterday. It is very confusing on getting to the salon. From google, it is stated Korean hairspa by Goyo, but there is no such salon in Mandarin Gallery. Luckily I know the contact number to call, we then find out the salon is located inside Bada hair. Did a 90mins hair spa service, but overall the actual spa only took 1 hr. One thing the stylist could improve is to check whether customer is comfortable on the water temperature or not. 2 of us went for the services and both stylists did not ask on the water temperature and I need to voice out twice as the temperature is too hot. I think this is the basics of a hair salon to check. After the hair spa, not sure why my hair is so dry, and tangled badly. In view on the price vs service receive, not a place that I would revisit.

    Went for a normal haircut with David. Service was excellent, they provided drinks, blankets and the staff were friendly (especially Yu Zhong!! <3). Also appreciated that they dont hard-sell other packages. I asked for curtain bangs and whatever David recommended for the rest of my hair and he did his own style of layering my hair which turned out stunning T^T. So happy with the result and 100% will be back.
