    i permed my hair at korean hair salons quite a few of times, this time i decided to try here after coming across their ig and read the good reviews about Jovyn. he is knowledgable and skilful, and can give you the hairstyle you want. i highly recommend booking him for men’s perm. thanks Jovyn, i will be back 👍🏻

    Went for my first session here, the staff was very warm and friendly. Booked a cut with jovyn, he’s very polite and approachable. Gave me the cut I was asking for and also good advices on maintaining/growing out my hair. Highly recommend booking a session with him if you’re looking to get a korean kind of hairstyle for yourself. 🙂

    For someone who rarely travels out of the east except for work, I decided to go all the way down to August Hair Salon for a haircut because of all the good reviews I read online. Not only did Jovyn give me exactly what I wanted, but he also made it look easy. I will be going back to him from now on.

    Went for my first visit and the reception was very friendly. Jovyn was my hair stylist and after giving his suggestion on would suit me the best, he patiently explained to me the process and what it does.
    Jovyn did an excellent job and constantly checks if I was okay with the process, also offering to keep in touch if I needed any tips and advice on maintaining the hair.

    Soso , environment soso , when reach the hairstylist told me I have 2 colour different in my hair so . I have to do one colour contouring & one more Basic colour so total price after discount $300 + super ex for this environment

    I asked for a layered haircut and a root perm from Jovyn. He was tentative to ask my opinion on my hair and he was ready to give me his opinion when I asked what he think would best suit my face. He also made sure if I had any question about anything along the way. I was super satisfied with the end result, can tell that it’s a result from a competitive haircut. 💗

    Service was super good and everyone was friendly as well, even the song selection in the shop is great! 🕺🕺

    Did my first perm and had a haircut along w it here. Overall great experience :). I had my hair done by Shan Shan and she did a great job on my hair. Really liking what she did with my hair especially the back and sides.

    Will definitely come back for another haircut in the future!

    I had a great experience at August Hair Salon with Jovyn! He gave his professional advice as to what cut/style would work best with my face shape and hair. Jovyn took his time and was very detail oriented. The cut turned out really good. Definitely book an appointment online as it was quite busy already with clients at opening time.

    I went to this salon thinking there was a promotion, but they didn’t tell me the price upfront, and it ended up being more expensive than my usual spot. I didnt even know she’s director, who cut my hair, gave me way too many layers—now it looks like a jellyfish!

    This hair salon in Chinatown is amazing. TOP-notch service by hairstylist Jovyn. Very professional and their skills are amazing. Did hair extensions, hair cut and glitter extensions. Really love it. Always will be my favourite hair salon in Singapore 🤘🏻
