    I’ve been with Aster Spring (Nex) for a very long time now. Charmaine (my therapist) is professional & has a pleasant & warm personality. I trust her recommendations of facial treatment & she does not hard sell products/packages.

    I have been with Nex branch about 5 years, and I’m happy with my therapist, Connie. She is kind and professional, always gives me the right treatment. I feel good and relax everytime after the session with her.

    I’ve been a regular customer at Aster Spring since 2016, and all the therapists are very professional and well-skilled. Their therapists will tailor treatments according to their analysis of your skin’s needs! I used to have a lot of acne breakouts due to heavy make up use, after going to Aster Spring my skin has cleared up drastically! Big thank you to Connie, Charmaine, Jodi, Florence for the wonderful service every visit! Special shout out to Connie who always impresses me with her knowledge on skin care and how to manage skin concerns like dark eye circles and dull skin, I always learn something new from you! 5 stars to aster spring nex team!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I have been doing facial here for more than 10 years, tried other places but still find the treatment & service here the best. Moreover, they use dermalogica products which I find them very good and gentle on the skin. My therapist Connie will analyse my skin each time before my treatment and will recommend the appropriate treatment needed. After treatment, you can immediately see your face rejuvenated & radiant. Connie will recommend the appropriate skincare products for you, but she is not pushy & will not hardsell. I strongly recommend the facial here & therapist Connie. She is the best & her service is excellent!

    I am with Aster Spring for few years now and have been served by Connie all along. She is attentive and she will act for best interest for her clients. She is not pushy and do not force sell. Great job Connie

    Enjoy going to Esther Spring (Nex) for facial. My beautician Connie is very attentive to me on what I need for facial each time I go. She will analyse my face and let me know which facial I need for the day. Love her both hands.. haha.. great massage. Of course not forgetting the team. They are friendly too. Keep it up ladies❤️

    Connie Ng have been my therapist for many years. She is very gentle and meticulous in her work. She understands my skin condition and recommended facial package and products that I should use to improve the skin condition. No hard selling that is what I like.

    I’ve been a regular customer more than 12 years at AsterSpring in 3 different branches. Charmaine at Nex is the best therapist I met. She is really professional and experienced. My skin is very sensitive, acne-prone skin but I feel it is getting better and brighter compared to last time. Extraction is soft(sometimes.I fell asleep during extraxtion?) and massage is just right. And there is no hard sell so it is not stressful for me. I will highly recommend Charmaine in Nex.

    I love to go for my facial at AsterSpring Nex. Therapists are professional and patience. They are attentive to my needs and would recommend the solutions based on my skin condition. Most importantly they do not hard sell their products and packages during facial that make me feel at ease and able to relax.
