    Always a flawless perm from my only go-to hairstylist in Singapore, Jessica!

    For guys who are unsure on how to do a Korean style perm or not confident of how to do a perm for the first time, I would recommend that you come here and let her take the reins.

    My second visit at Aqua hair for rebonding and my hairstylist is Mina. Mina is very warm and understands customer’s needs. She also puts customer’s hair health first. Thank you Mina and assistants for good service. Highly recommended

    I’ve been hair salon nomad for a number of months but finally settled to this place.

    Every hair designers are keen to curate the style after considerate consulation. Elly has been great so far finding the right style for me.

    Everyone is very kind and keen to find a slot for the booking even though their timeslots are usually filled.

    I have not sticked to a single hair salon for such a long period of time. My go to hair stylist is Mina! She is exceptionally nice and friendly. The hairstylist and assistant here are very skilful and always pay attention to customer needs. Every visit is very satisfactory and would definitely recommend everyone to try it out.

    Aqua Hair is usually pack and busy so do understand if you have to wait awhile. But good things are worth waiting!!! ☺️☺️

    I recently had an amazing experience with Elly and her assistant Susan! Elly is truly skilled and gave me exactly the hairstyle I wanted. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and executed it with precision and creativity. Susan was equally fantastic, always attentive and making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Together, they made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Elly for anyone looking for top-notch hairstyling services!

    3rd time visiting the salon. First time visit was by coincidence and despite them being packed, they were accommodating and Luis was the one who attended to my request for their wash and blow service.
    He gave me the most gorgeous curls EVER. (I’m slowly regaining hope- It’s really hard to find a hair stylist that can achieve such amazing waves for my hair.)

    Wasn’t able to get him the second time i visited due to their packed schedule. L3 staffs was quite nice to accommodate me that day, but they were abit rude as well. Somehow i still prefer the service at L2, although i’m pretty sure they rotate between different floors.

    Was able to book a slot with him for my 3rd visit today.

    Recently got my hair cut and wanted to see how it would look like when he styles it.

    No instructions were needed for him to find a style that complements my features best, accentuating my feminine side.

    I am super happy with his services and think it would be a disservice by not recommending Luis to others.

    Asides from the hair designer, the assistant who attended to me was very polite, gentle and considerate. The head massage during the hair wash was very enjoyable and soothing.

    Best hair salon in sg, long-time regular customer here, especially Jessica,
    who have good skills and communication for customer. I also tried other stylist very good to me performance. Highly recommend for your experience here. No doubt

    Was given a 4.15pm appt with WA message and email confirmation. Reached on time and the local staff said they sent it wrongly and 2 were ahead of me and having full house. Don’t even bother to send me a message earlier to tell me or request change of appt. I spent my time to come for this and there is NO RESPECT to the time and effort to your customers. This is not new. During my last appt, I heard a customer complained abt the wrong appt as well and the local staff also said its her or his colleague booked wrongly. WAKE UP!!! Stop blaming to cover yr tracks. Have some integrity to own up and do something abt this. Not going back ever to this salon!!!

    I visited several beauty salons in Singapore, but I was a little disappointed that they didn’t give me the style I wanted.
    Ever since I entrusted my hair to Aqua Hair’s Mina, she has done a great job of creating the style I wanted!!
    The cost was similar to Korea, so it wasn’t a big burden and I was satisfied!!

    I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Aqua Hair Salon, and I feel compelled to warn others about their appalling service.

    I booked an appointment for 5 pm with two hours prior notice. Even though I arrived just 10 minutes late, I ended up waiting for a ridiculous 30+ minutes before anyone attended to me.

    I requested a haircut and color, but the hairstylist, who was supposedly an expert, informed me that she was catching a flight later and didn’t have enough time. Instead of professionally managing her schedule, she hastily handed me over to another stylist, whom I had not booked or had any prior communication with.

    This was highly unprofessional and completely disrespectful to my time and appointment. I specifically mentioned that I had dyed my hair black two months ago and confirmed multiple times that there wouldn’t be any issue. However, there must have been severe miscommunication because the original stylist left without ensuring the proper instructions were given.

    The replacement stylist seemed clueless and rushed through the process. After two agonizing hours, the results were a complete disaster. Instead of the one solid color I requested, I now have three to four different colors in my hair, and none of them are what I wanted. My hair color is a hideous mix of yellow and other mismatched shades.

    To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge me $400 for this abomination of a hairstyle. I have never been so dissatisfied with a service in my life.

    The quality of their work is appalling, their customer service is non-existent, and they are grossly overpriced. Additionally, the towels they used were smelly, adding to the overall unpleasant experience.

    The service standards have plummeted drastically. I visited Aqua Hair Salon a few years back when stylist Ryan was still working, and the standards have dropped tremendously since then.

    The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and terrible execution left me feeling utterly humiliated and cheated. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing.

    I wouldn’t recommend Aqua Hair Salon to my worst enemy. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration —avoid this place at all costs！

    Exceptional service and talent at Aqua Hair Salon! Elly is a true gem – her precision and professionalism shine through in every cut. I’ve been a loyal customer for months, consistently impressed by her skill and advice. I’ve even recommended Aqua to both my mom and husband, and they’re equally thrilled with the results. Highly recommend!

    Hair stylist did a great job with the cut but did not style my hair after the wash, left me feeling very embarrassed after i left the salon. The blow was done roughly with no styling at all. Will consider coming back but probably with a different hair stylist.

    I’ve been going to Aquahair since 2017 and have always booked with Jessica, she’s gentle and handles my hair very well. Happy with the service and haircut. 👍🏼

    DO NOT RECOMMEND. Paid $70 for a haircut and wash but I felt like it was a $20 quality haircut.

    went on a weekend and it was crowded with people coming in every 30mins or so. Stylist spent less than 10 minutes cutting my hair and left the other things like washing and blowing of hair to her assistants. Didn’t feel like she was dedicated and meticulous with her cuts.

    Whole time I felt like they were rushing to finish to serve the next customer. Did not get any service or smiles for the staff. Regretted my time there.

    Feedback for the team, how about just not overbook and provide proper haircut service?

    Followed Elly from her previous place! She always gives me the most flattering haircut without me even requesting for it. I can trust in her good eye and skills! Recently went for a perm and she immediately recommended the type of curl that would look nicer for my hair type. I love the results and she doesn’t do hard sell which is super important to know what kind of advice & treatment is really good for me. Thanks Elly!

    Thanks to Teacher Elly, I got a really good haircut.

    Even in Korea, I’ve never felt good after getting my hair done because I’m not good at explaining things when I go to a hair salon, but I never thought I’d feel this much satisfaction after getting my hair cut in Singapore! It’s been a long time since you had my hair done to my liking. Thank you, Elly, for asking me questions so thoroughly and checking frequently during the haircut process. Thank you, Elly 🙂
