    Doctor is friendly, warm and sincere but my experience was not pleasant. I did microneedling. The anaesthesia/ numbing cream was only applied for 10 minutes. I could not feel my skin was numbed at all. Doctor and assistant insisted it was the right duration. The procedure was very uncomfortable. I’ve had numbing cream applied to facial skin before at other establishments and skin was numbed and felt “thick” before it was cleaned off before a procedure. This clinic’s procedure/ procedure is questionable. They also took a long time to reply to queries on their website.

    Dr. Moses is very friendly and approachable, greeting me with a big smile every time I go for a consultation. He is professional and skilled, and willing to answer all my queries. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly too. I’m visiting this clinic for my acne scars. Having been to many other clinics in Singapore, I prefer Apax as the prices are more affordable and the environment feels more welcoming.

    Dr Moses is a really kind, patient and good natured dermatologist with a huge amount of knowledge that he imparts in a non biased and helpful manner. I am really grateful for his knowledge and expertise in helping me with my skin. The nurses in his surgery are also incredibly kind and helpful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking dermatological treatment.

    Dr Moses and his staff are very kind and sensitive to your needs. They speak not only to help with your conditions but help you to boost your confidence as well. Their treatment options are also effective and they tell you every step of treatment clearly and patiently

    I suddenly have many big pimples keep popping out one after another. I never have the same issue before and I tried laser treatment, take some medicines, apply cream but nothing works. After half year, I came to Dr Moses. I have been going to this clinic for about 6 months now and I’m glad to say that the treatment and medications has been going well. I don’t have new pimples anymore and only some scars on my face now. Dr Moses is an experienced dermatologist who knows what will work best for you. The nurses here are also friendly and will remind you through text on your next appointment so don’t have to keep track. I really recommend the clinic to you, especially if you have serious acne problem like me.

    I have been going to this clinic for about 2 to 3 months now and I’m glad to say that the treatment and medications has been going well. Dr Moses is an experienced dermatologist who knows what will work best for you. The nurses here are also friendly and will remind you through text on your next appointment so don’t have to keep track. I recommend anyone who tired of using OTC products and wants to get rid of their skin problems once and for all

    I seldom write reviews but this is really worth writing one for. I have been to a few dermatologists for my persistent cystic scars and acne breakouts, yet results have never been satisfactory given the treatment length and cost. Was about to give up until coming to this clinic. It’s nestled in the neighbourhood and not in a shopping mall (unlike the J10 branch at Bukit Panjang), so it will take some time to find, but the trip was well worth it given the relative proximity to my office.

    Overall, the end to end client service has been exemplary, beginning with the friendly reminders and accommodating appointment rescheduling, which really mattered given my irregular working hours. During the consultation, Dr. Moses Ng was clearly listening to my unique experiences with my acne, and recommending step by step procedures that targeted my concerns, instead of defaulting to stock clinical treatments. The recommendations for my persistent condition were also in line with the majority of the information I’ve managed to find online, suggesting minimal hard-selling, which would have been a deal breaker for me.

    Afterwards, I received a thorough explanation of the usage considerations for the prescribed medication from one of the counter staff, Tricia, who promptly assuaged any concerns I had. This went beyond the usual instructions on the label, and her level of knowledge saved me the trouble of having to direct my questions to the doctor, which was refreshing and and saved a lot of time.

    The total costs were surprisingly reasonable given the promisingly effective treatments thus far. I will post a follow up review after the entirety of my treatment. Also noteworthy is that there is also no pressure to pay for the entirety of the treatment up front, which instills confidence. Highly recommended especially given the limited doctors and clinics locally available.

    Had my face treatments done at Apax Kovan by their experienced Dr. Moses Ng. He is a very patient, caring, soft spoken doctor. The nurses are helpful, friendly and cheerful too. Most importantly they are not pushy and hard sales with their treatments n products. Overall very satisfied with their service and results of my treatments. Will continue to have my treatments with Dr. Moses Ng.
