    Visited Allure at city aquare mall ppl there very friendly especially the manager Eva very professional she know my skin problem and design a treatment that suit me. My beautician is Belle she is very good and professional she make me feel very comfortable and always explain wat she is doing she also very caring and patience i am happy satisfied and love her service. Thank you Belle for taking care my skin.

    I went to City Square mall today,28.6.23.May is someone who is described as very patient, professional, skillful, and no hard sell is someone who demonstrates exceptional qualities in her field of work. She handle her responsibilities with patience, maintain a high level of professionalism, possess the necessary expertise, and prioritize customer satisfaction without resorting to aggressive sales tactics.

    It was pleasant experience on the 1st visit. BUT on the 2nd visit to do a free touch up, I felt unwelcome. I find the counter staff a little defensive when I asked what was the cream applied on my eyebrow. Perhaps the management might want to look into staff training, especially for the counter staff.

    I have been going to Allure@City Square for regular facial, did my brows and eye lining n body massage for last 2 years. Service provided by Stef n Eva is awesome. They r the reasons I stay on with Allure. They treat me more than a client. Stef will always give follow up calls to make sure I am doing well after treatments. Eva will share her professional views but never pushy. This makes me comfortable n have confidence in them. These ladies r professional, friendly n caring. Will keep coming back! Thanks for making me becoming more youthful n pretty. ?

    Highly recommend Pearlyn from Allure Beauty. I have been a regular for facial service since my teenage days. She is very friendly, professional and never the pushy kind which makes me returning back easily. Thanks for the great customer experience always 🙂

    Did eyebrow embroidery here. Pearlyn is patient and detailed. She listened to my preference of shape and gave her recommendation as well. I was recommended to her by a friend. Definitely a good recommendation of her and this outlet. Her colleagues are also professional and nice to deal with.

    Ms Mandy did a superb job in doing my eye brows as am a lazy one. Thanks for her skillful knowledge and gave me some advise to keep the brow color last longer. I have been to a few beauty centre but this one dont force to upsell their package. If u do not want to sign package is ok. They still provide the best services.

    I went in for a facial with Pearlyn and I loved it. ??‍♀️She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her and the environment is very comfortable and relaxing. My skin felt great after and I would for sure go back with Pearlyn for another facial.     I went to Allure Beauty for my Nano Lip Embroidery It’s was an excellence experience I’ll never forget, yet one totally worth the results. The result was amazing I’m extremely happy how my lips healed and am looking forward to going back for other service .
    My artist was Stephel .She was very experience ,professional and caring .She attentive explained the difference of latest Nano Lip Colour and Lip Embroidery . Lip whole process ,pre-and after post follow by design suitable my lip shape. She was very friendly makes me feel relax and comfortable.
    I highly recommend Stephel for all your beauty needs!
