    This shop mis-represent their charges every single time we visit the shop.
    First visit, we did nail extension + gel mani/pedi with them.
    Second visit, we went back for gel mani/pedi again. Then they informed us (only during the second visit) although the nail extension was done by them, they will still need to charge us for removal of the nail extension. We signed up a package with them but because their charges was expensive (everything also need to charge), we zerorised our package in just one session!
    Today, we wanted to just remove our gel mani/pedi so we went back to them and they come up with another story by saying that because you finish up your package in the last session, you are no longer their member and hence they will have to again charge for removal of gel mani/pedi (mind you, now this is charging for removal of GEL MANI/PEDI not nail extension)?? Unless i spend $30 now then they will remove it for me for free!
    It is ridiculous when the mani/pedi was done by your shop and you need to charge us when we want to remove it. In all the manicure shops that we have previously visited, nobody does things this way. The next ridiculous thing is that when I spend at your shop, i am a member but when i finish using the package i am immediately no longer your member! On top of that, you now try to ask me to sign another package just so that I can remove my gel for free. You think we are silly and out of our minds?? Nice try though!
    We spoke to Shawn the owner who insisted that this is written in their pricing list on their website. We went to check and there was no mention that if you are NO LONGER a member you will not be able to remove for free. Then the call was passed to the wife who came up with all sorts of reasons to refute the above. Don’t have to tell me you are in this line for >10 years, such dishonesty will not bring your business far! I would urge new customers who are looking for a place to do their nails, to give AgnesG Nails a miss.. try at your own risk.

    went to do my nails for the first time in my life today & picked agnes because of the good reviews.

    i originally wanted to do nail extensions but they were very honest with the pros and cons about nail extensions and advised me to save money to do regular gel polish.

    they were super efficient and friendly, BUT this costed $60 for no design & no extensions so you’re better off going to a home based salon.

    Great service by Ny (gel mani) and Carmen (gel french pedi). Even better that it’s done concurrently, saving me time!

    First visit and service is pleasant. NY is very nice and gentle, paintwork is very nice. Will visit again for sure.

    The service attitude is very good, very patient in every detail. It’s not the first time I entered this store, but I always happened to meet the professional Jasmine, this service pedicure, her technique will never let you down, especially the last massage is super comfortable ? She adviced me suggestions for which colour to use, and I am very satisfied with the final color rendering. The first time I encountered Fanny’s manicure service, the manicure and coloring were very careful and attentive, and I felt very relaxed and at ease. The overall service experience is highly recommended! ?

    服務態度很不錯、很耐心處理每一細節。 不是初次到店、都會碰巧遇到專業的Jasmine、此次服務pedicure、她的技術永遠不會讓妳失望、尤其最後的按摩超級舒服? 主動提供上色建議、很滿意最後顏色呈現感覺。初次遇到Fanny服務manicure, 修甲與上色都非常仔細用心、心情特別很放鬆與自在。整體服務體驗很推薦！?

    Went down to do a polish removal for my gel nails. The staff who helped me with it was very gentle & also polite! The whole process was also pretty fast, would come back again to try the other services they provide!

    Despite they have back-to-back bookings, Shawn was kind enough to slot in both me and my gal. This was our 1st visit and totally loved this place. I asked Shawn to decide colors that could brighten my tanned skin. I loved the colors that he chose. Excellent environment and staff and most importantly, there was no hard selling. We will be back again!

    Review after 1 month: OMG! The nail polish are still in tact with no chips in despite I did housework. Seeing is believing!
