    5stars to the visits i were with Dr Shoun who is friendly and approachable to talk. The staffs are friendly too.

    Unfortunately the previous visit with the Resident Dr J was utterly disappointed. Just 1 session with so many unpleasant incidents with DR J totally demolished the entire pleasant visits with your clinic.

    Totally unprofessional right from the start when he stepped in. From criticize fellow colleagues to reprimanding staff in the treatment room about previous patient during my treatment and sighing out right above my face Twice, to shoving me to other branches the moment I stepped out after treatment( when I did not even ask for transfer which the staff in the room can be witness), throughout that session I did not question his expertise which the staff present in room can witness too.
    This was totally uncalled for.

    And management team do not seem to want address the problem after weeks and weeks of delay.

    Went for a laser treatment because of promo price. Place is nicely decorated, but very crowded and felt too commercialized. More than one staffs tried to hardsell other treatments and packages quite aggressively, which I found to be very uncomfortable. Although treatment room looked clean, consultation was done in treatment room (the doctor made rounds to the many rooms there) and was on the brief side. As my face was being cleaned and prepped for treatment, the staff again tried to hardsell, this time , skin products.

    What prompts me to give one star review though, is the quality of the laser treatment itself. It was far too quick and done almost rushingly by the doctor. Being a first timer, I didn’t realize this until I went to another clinic to try the same procedure. The intensity given was so much lesser than what I received at another clinic at the same price, I now doubt that there’d be any result at all even if I continue further sessions here. If only they pay attention to the treatment quality as much as they did to the decor, this place could be more credible.

    True to some reviews, hard sell is real. The staff (forgot the name) insisted to get a package. She didn’t allow me to go until i get one

    Hard sell during all sessions and from beginning till end. Treatments are no effection. Bad service and won’t come back again.

    Staff are nice but the machine I like for facial is consistently not working whether at Lot 1 branch and now at OC. Staff should at least tell me that the PDRN machine is not working rather than make me waste my time coming all the way👎

    I don’t believe their reply. I called Orchard branch again today, I specified I want the PDRN treatment. Staff told they do not have the PDRN machine there. She referred me to Raffles City Branch.

    I called Raffles City branch. After putting me on hold to check (hmmm… why doesn’t the staff knows if company has that treatment), she told me RC branch does not carry the PDRN treatment.

    DO NOT sign packages at any specific branch if you are planning to move to new location.

    Had 少女针done on my forehead , temple area, cheeks & Botox done , really like the results of it.. look a lot more youthful at least 5-8yrs younger and wrinkles are all gone now. Thanks to the Doctor & team from A.M Orchard Central! You are my savior

    Doctor here is patient and attentive,always willing to address concerns, provide honest feedback and recommendations. Staffs are also very friendly and helpful which makes me feel so welcome ! Would be my 1st choice of Aesthetics clinic to visit.👍🏻

    Had my Baby Skin Boosters and Hydrafacials @ A.M Aesthestics Orchard Central which are of super high quality treatments with instant results for my skin. Friends saw my skin improvement & compliment my skin after my 1st session of treatment. Recommended a few friends to try out their treatments & they are pleased & happy with the results & service too.

    Yenyen and team are also very friendly & professional, they recommend treatments which suits your skin the best.

    Had my fillers & Botox done @ A.M Aesthestics Orchard Central, walked past their outlet during lunchtime & saw their promotion on Fillers & Botox , was attended by their friendly Manager Yenyen , and decided to consult their Doctor & get the treatments done on the spot. Doctor was very patient & detail in consultation which assure me of the results I wanted.

    I looked into the mirror immediately after my fillers & Botox done on my sunken areas & wrinkles which immediately lifted & plump up my sunken areas & I look so much younger & rejuvenated ☺️

    Appreciate the follow up review as well and the Doctor + Manager Yenyen are very friendly and courteous & professional. Overall a good experience and highly recommend anyone who like to get aesthetic treatment to come to A.M Aesthestics Orchard Central😘

    I recently had Sylfirm X procedure done at AM Aesthetic Clinic @ Orchard Central, and I’m beyond pleased & happy with the entire experience. The clinic itself is beautifully decorated, exuding a calming and luxurious ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring that I was comfortable and informed throughout.

    A special shout-out to the Doctor & staffs who was not only approachable and friendly but also demonstrated a wealth of knowledge. The procedure went seamlessly, and the results were just as I had hoped for.

    My first time visit to the clinic yesterday. Did hydrafacial with eye bojin treatment. Experience was great! The few staffs I met are attentive from the moment I stepped in to the clinic and they are friendly, and skill level is there. Not like what I see in other reviews. Moment the face mask is removed, my face looked radiant, can see the difference! The room and entire clinic environment makes me feel relaxing. Good place to go to, Service is good. Highly recommend this clinic.👍

    A very profit-oriented place whereby I paid for the first trial but did not get any cream upon the course completed. She asked me to buy an antibiotic cream which costs $15 before Gst of which it is a small sample size just with a drop of cream in it. Quite disappointing. Beware that the price that mentioned always before Gst and there is a Gst charge after you paid only realised.
