    went to amk hub hair spa for a hair treatment recommended by my friend , was served by therapist Veron. She explained to me the condition of my hair and suggested solutions. Throughout the service while she remind her professionalism she always put on a smile on her face and was patient about my request. I am impressed by her service her service was top notch!!!

    not my first time visiting 6 Elements Hair Spa @AMK Hub , was served by therapist Veron. She is very professional, really understands customer needs well. She has fantastic product knowledge and recommends me what is best for my hair and scalp. I didn’t feel any hard selling and I am impressed by Veron’s service!!! A employee like her truly deserves compliments!

    Super pushy salesperson named Vera. Despite saying no multiple times, she still kept pushing and asking to get the package.

    Won’t recommend her and if she does bring you into the room to discuss, just say no from the beginning if you’re not looking to sign any packages.

    Veron was great with my hair and her massages made me fall asleep instantly!! Would highly recommend her!

    However Vera was horrible. She kept pestering me to buy the products/session after I told her “No” more than 4 times. I get you want to make a sale but pls be considerate and stop being so pushy.

    Was served by Jenny today for my scalp hair treatment. Highly recommend her very warm and thoughtful service, she was very friendly and explained the process very well. Listened to my needs very attentively and gave one of the best massages 💆‍♀️ for neck, shoulder and back (to the point that I nearly slept). Would come back just to be served specifically by her

    I switched to the AMK hub outlet after the closure of the Bugis outlet, although it is unfamiliar but my service staff Jenny was very friendly and made my experience very comfortable and seamless. Highly recommend her
