    Stumbled upon this studio from TikTok’s recommendation and friend’s recommendation. Had my haircut done by Colin, I am very pleased with the outcome after not getting a haircut for over a year plus. He is very meticulous (wash+cut took around 1.5 hours) and he explained the process when I had doubts about the length of the hair. Would be back for another hair cut. No hard selling was involved. I whatsapped the number in advance to get a slot

    Had a good experience at this salon. The stylists were knowledgeable and professional, and offered good advice about what style and colour would suit me best. They were very upfront about cost without hard selling any service or product and clarified any doubts beforehand.

    I’ve been to salon a few times to get my hair permed and trimmed, it’s small and cozy salon located in china town.
    Their service quality is good and I have nothing to complain about- Sean the owner is very skillful and he provides genuine advice of styling to accommodate my hair texture, the perm lasts long and looks very natural.

    I loved the service and results of my salon visit. they delivered exactly what I wanted and the hairstylist that cut my hair was very precise and meticulous. The whole process was efficient and smooth, it only took 2h which was a lot faster than other salons

    my experience with them was great! did a bleach and dye. but due to my previous hair colour and bleach it didnt really come out the way i liked it (in no way their fault) but they offered to redye my hair! great service and super friendly as well!

    Sean (owner of the salon) was my hairstylist – he is very skilful, detailed and takes pride in his work!

    He advised me on the best type of perm and hairstyle given my hair face, hair texture etc which I appreciate cos I wasn’t sure myself too! He also educated me on how to maintain and style my hair at home.

    They are very upfront with their pricing, and no hard selling. Super friendly staff and kept feeding us snacks!!

    Overall very pleasant experience, will definitely go back again / recommend to friends!

    Great hair treatment experience with Colin and 12 Hair Salon! I’m a complete beginner in perming but Colin’s was patient in explaining the different types of perms and recommending the right one for me.
    And when I had questions after my perm they were also helpful and gave me advice on how to upkeep the perm. 😊

    Fantastic experience here! I was given an honest consultation about what to do (initially wanted to perm then color but he discouraged perming at this stage because my hair wasn’t healthy enough and said it would become very frizzy – very grateful for that) and decided on coloring it + treatment. After coloring, I realized it wasn’t the exact shade I had imagined, so I shyly admitted that it wasn’t suitable. Thankfully, they were very accommodating and patient with me! I was so grateful that they kindly fixed my hair color and didn’t charge me extra for the additional work. I like the end result and will come back again!

    I came in for a perm after seeing their ads and Sean was super helpful in explaining which of their perm services were suitable for my hair. For the actual perming, it was worked on by both Sean and Colin and they were able to get my desired outcome with the reference picture I showed and I was very pleased with it. Highly recommend their services, they were honest with no hardselling and really cared about my preferences/hair health.

Super friendly and even though it was already way past closing time, but he was still very thorough and detailed in everything. My sister’s hair was done by Irene and she was so nice and friendly and listened to all her requests for the hair cut and color. Thank you Irene!

    Sean was incredibly welcoming and helpful in recommending the best perm for my hair. He was meticulous throughout the process and kept me informed of every step.     I visited 12 salon for a haircut, color, and vokanic treatment today, and am satisfied with the results of it so far. Sean and team took time to listen to my concerns on my hair condition and provided expert advice on the best treatments for my hair type and recommended the type of haircut which is suitable for my hair type.

    I really appreciate how Sean took the time to explain how to maintain the health of my hair going forward, offering tailored product suggestions and styling tips.
