    I just buy shampoo for hair loss 3 years ago but that shampoo also worst not effective so how i trust to do more things. Better to do hair transplant rather then buy there packages.
    Singapore they focusing only on dollors not on effective treatments…

    Staphanie is my consultant yun nam jurong point outlet.. She very friendly and helpful and also professional on my hair and scalp problems. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Great service and clean outlet. Leaving the outlet without disappointment. Good job team yun nam jurong point.

    I appreciate the kind gesture and hospitality, but i don’t like it when when the staff kept on persuading me to buy the package and pay the deposit when I have already rejected many time, yes it’s normal for a business to hardshell their customer but I would appreciate if they will be more mindful and respect their customer decisions thanks

    Kelly is my consultant here and she’s always been very patient and friendly when it comes to explaining my scalp condition and carrying out the treatments 🫶 Although the sessions can be a little pricey, I believe it has been a worthwhile investment in my hair because my friends and I have both noticed the improvement in my hair density in the few months since starting them.

    Went for free hair treatment today to have a try to see if it works anot. The service was perfect where the people, especially Stephanie, she is very cheerful and kind to make sure to attend my needs. She is also professional in doing the service who always think best for the consumer with no hard sellings and explain the purpose of the treatment as well. Would reccomend her if u are planning to do hair treatment! 🙂

    It was my first ever hair treatment experience with Yun Nam! Tried out their free trial hair treatment involving 1-to-1 consultation, scalp scanning analysis, premium hair treatment as well as, before & after scanning. The process was carefully explained by the consultant- Kelly and Stephanie, providing their insightful expertise in targeting my hair concerns. The staffs were also really kind and helpful in the process of doing the treatment as well! The consultant was very understanding and accommodating to me in suggesting possible deals to us, so as to help us(as students) solve our hair concerns.

    Must give it a try especially now before CNY with amazing promotion for first time people!

    Speaking for myself, I have a very sensitive and oily scalp. At times, such scalp is highly likely vulnerable to acne and etc. After several rounds of consultations and treatments, I can see lots of improvements on my scalp since day one. My scalp is less oily than usual now. Thanks to Stefanie for her scalp and hair care arrangements. Looking forward to a huge leap of improvements in the future.

    Really disappointed on my first day session . At first I was on the $28 trial .. and after knowing my hair problem . I decided to purchase the first 10+2 treatment as the Consultant Emily manage to convince me . And the next following week I went for my first treatment .. due to Emily is on overseas trip. A Consultant name kelly took over ..halfway through the treatment . I was told to do a scan again . So I followed in to the small room and.. Well. Consultant kelly start to tell me that the treatment session might not enough .so to have a more efficient effect . I was to purchase another 10 times treatment .. it hard for me to decide because I only there on my first session of treatment ..so I refused . Anyway Consultant kelly just kept continues to “persuade” me even though i refused 3 to 4 times and I inform her that I got no spare cash to purchase another 10 Treatment for now .She actually kind enough to “recommend” me for installment . anyway she then requested a change herb treatment . As in specifically mix for my hair problems..sound nice but also need to top up cash .. The conversation only end when Im started to get frustrated and told her to continue the treatment instead as I’m just finished work and come over …anyway after all this I felt regret to even purchase the session or even go there .. but oh well.. already paid . Suck thumb and finish the session and I’m out

    My consultant Yann is friendly and professional. She will always update me with my scalp condition and solving it my concerns. I came on Feb 2020 and I’ve seen very great improvement for my scalp ! Very satisfied with the result over this few years of my treatment . Very happy with the service here from the customer service too
    I have also tried their products and I am impressed with the results!

    Initially I was from JP but later I changed to Lot 1 due to it is nearer to my home, I was very disappointed with the consultant service there, instead of getting better, my dandruff getting worse. . I requested to change back to JP again . When I went back, May did a scanning and explain the condition of my hair and do a thoroughly clean up, There is really a great difference. Thanks May for your excellent service and patience 😀
