    **Visit at your own risk

    Extremely rude employee named May Koh.

    My experience at the Hillview Kcuts salon with hairstylist May Koh was exceptionally unpleasant.

    Despite having a confirmed appointment in the Kcut app and in-store screen indicating our turn next, May Koh delayed us and attended to other customers instead.

    When we politely asked for clarification, she responded aggressively, raising her voice and claiming that our turn would be after four more customers though the in-store screen and the KCut app showed our queue number next.

    She then canceled our appointment when we were in store though it was our turn and went to accept another walk-in customer, blaming a system error, which suggested she was unfamiliar with the app and refused to cater to customers who booked via the app.

    Worst still, after cancelling our appointment when we were IN the store and waiting, she had the audacity to say we missed our queue number when she went to cancelled it.

    Her behavior escalated as she openly criticized and disparaged us in front of other customers, making inappropriate remarks like “young people nowadays”.

    When we tried to address the issue, she brusquely dismissed us, declaring she didn’t want to listen.

    Her unprofessional conduct, including shouting and publicly berating us, created a deeply distressing experience.

    I strongly advise avoiding this salon, especially if May Koh is involved.

    To the management, please feel free to investigate this case and review the CCTV.

    App shows just a few people before purchasing ticket, but in reality stylist not following the proper Q system.
    Actual number a lot higher in store, and every customer’s number seems to get automatically thrown into Missed Queue despite their number not being called, and number from the missed Q are not being called in sequence.

    Waited over 3 Hours. Kcut markets as a 10min cut, but each customers seem to take much longer than 10min.

    Had haircut with May today. She was very welcoming, pleasant and professional. Enjoyed the conversations while getting my hair cut and felt that she is very professional during her cut with small attention to detail.

    SCAMMED my money. Forced me to pay TWICE even though I showed them proof that my PayNow transaction successfully went through and was sent to the correct account. Yet no ticket was given to me in the app and they forced me to make payment again claiming they will refund me later if I send them an email. When I emailed them, they replied with some NONSENSE blaming the bank system claiming it can be glitchy and asking me to wait for the bank to refund. Clearly, they’re just happy to take their customers money and get away with it. DON’T give them your money. They are dishonest and don’t deserve your hard-earned cash.
