    Suggest to avoid – stylist (no name mention purposefully so as not to jeopardize job) cuts the hair in under 4mins, and in process brutalizes your head as if it were a stone. Very rough, very disrespect and cannot be bothered attitude – there was no one else behind waiting for a cut. I would not comment about the outcome of the haircut which was indeed unsatisfactory – but more importantly is the attitude of the hairdresser, which was unfortunately extremely unprofessional. Never had I felt so insulted; Once again I would urge everyone not to patronize this outlet, or the brand at all if possible…. Support your neighborhood hairdressers whom I would believe are more vested given they are in the business for long term. Surely this unprofessional hairdresser would only be rotated to another outlet , should the complaints continue to trickle in.

    I am writing to share some feedback about my husband’s recent haircut experience at KCut salon at Sengkang Sports Centre branch.

    We noticed that the base of his hair was not levelled, and backview was the worst haircut he has ever had. This was quite different from the style he usually prefers and had requested. When we brought this up, the hairdresser mentioned that it was what he wanted and that nothing could be done until his hair grew back.

    We believe that additional training or refresher courses, such as those offered by SkillsFuture, could be beneficial for Mdm On. The courses could help you stay updated with the latest techniques and trends, ensuring that all your clients leave your salon satisfied and confident with their new hairstyles.

    We hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of continuous improvement and care for Kcut clients.

    Asked for centre parting and growing out hair, proceeds to cut my fringe super short for no reason. Horrible experience will never be coming back again

    Very bad experience put 2 $10 in machine for $12 hair cut and no refund, stupid logic that machine just take extra money and no return, lost $8 today it should not accept until $12 is input if extra money is put it should not accept and return the money, but it just takes extra money.
    You may argue by saying we already written to put exact amount no refund but by rite your machine should not accept extra amount this is extortion.

    Had a funny experience trying to get haircut for 2yr old. Auntie said does he cry and move his head,..expecting him to be still like a doll..if he does then i will stop.. little bit of upskill and professional attitude is needed..otherwise these aunties will surely get this outlet closed down

    Amazing hair cut service.. the aunties there are really friendly and nice to chat with.. any request can chat up with them once it’s your turn..

    what I cannot tahan is those customers who come in and expected to be “acknowledge” immediately.. the hair stylist most likely do not have any change on hand.. as customers, please prepare your own cash.. or download the app..

    All are working adults.. why need to be to fierce? The aunties also making a living.. I’ll speak up if I’m not with my kids.. 😂

    Horrible experience. I asked for my hair to be cut at the length in which I would still be able to tie it up, but I received a bob instead. I explicitly stated before the haircut that I wanted to be able to tie my hair up, yet she acted as though I never mentioned anything of the sort. I’m vexed beyond words that the barber had paid so little attention to her customers’ words. Don’t come here if you want to get a good haircut.
    Not that I want to bring about the downfall of the barber’s career, but I will never go back because of Connie Tan.

    We wanted the hair shorter but barber said “cut a lot already”. Like I didn’t know we need to have a certain thickness or amount of hair to cut for the price given. All we asked for was to cut the fringe shorter. Is it difficult? And the haircut is not following the given pic.
