    Been to many hair salon previously and they were not really up to my expectations. I was recommended to give Number76 a try back in 2023 and never once disappointed.

    Adam and his assistant Shi Qing were super attentive to my needs and very friendly. They kept me occupied with casual chit chats and laughter which made my 4.5hrs session an enjoyable one.

    Adam gave me advice on how to maintain and manage my hair extensions which assured me in every way as this is my first time trying it out.

    Adam’s knowledge of colour and hairstyle helped me a great deal with my indecisiveness.

    Did hair extension, bleaching, colour, cut, hair treatment, scalp treatment today and loving the results ❤️

    Hi, I would like to recommend Joey for everyone those that would like to do Ash Colour.
    I was regular customer there, usually I go there and cut hair, and this year I choosed to go there to do my Ash Gray Hair Colour✨
    When I booked through whatsapp, I was directed to Joey for my hair colour. Joey was friendly and managed to get the hair colour that I want!
    P.s I’m living in Batam, and most of the salon said that my hair can’t managed to get Ash Gray😵‍💫

    Joey helps me from bleach till colour by herself (some of the salon, will just said to other staff, this code that code combine and do yourself, but Joey didn’t). She checked by herself, and make sure everything okayyyy!

    For those who would like to do colour, kindly find Joey!! Recommended!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    For price, actually for me, it is actually overpriced a bit, but you still can check the price with them through whatsapp before you book!

    I visited for a complimentary fringe trim and appreciated the quick response to my WhatsApp message, as I was able to book and complete the service on the same day. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The stylist seemed disengaged, and the service felt half-hearted. I’ve always trusted Yoshi with my hair at the Malaysia branch, so I decided to visit the Singapore branch after Yoshi relocated here. Unfortunately, the service quality and atmosphere didn’t meet expectations. I believe the staff could benefit from additional training to refine their skills and improve their professionalism and respect towards clients.

    UPDATE – I’m updating my review score because I believe my experience earlier (per review below) was one-off and probably due to the lack of experience by the staff the attended to me on that day. I still found myself coming back to the salon because I do think that level of service is very good and I have the best hair cuts here.

    I’ve been coming to 76 for years, have been visiting the KL branch and then the sg branch for close to a decade now. This week, I called twice before bringing my 11m old down to the salon for a haircut. Was told stylists are fully booked but ok to come down and wait for them to free up. First person who answered the phone said I probably need to wait 10-15 mins, second person said ok to come down and wait for stylist to free up without mentioning a time.

    Husband went down with my daughter and was told that it’s not possible to do the haircut at all, and was subsequently told the earliest they can slot us in was 4.5 hours later.

    Should’ve told me upfront it is not possible to get a slot, or that I have to wait for hours. I clearly mentioned I will be bringing my BABY. The mismanagement of the situation is a complete turnoff.

    The results are satisfactory, the color is good-looking, the cutting ability is strong, and the hair is thin but not short. Both the hairdresser Adam and the assistant are very kind.

    I recently visited Number 76 had a fantastic experience with my stylist, Chunson. He provided an excellent treatment for both my scalp and hair, and his attention to detail was impressive.

    The wash and scalp massage were incredibly relaxing, and I felt rejuvenated afterward. Chunson finished the session with a beautiful blow-dry that left my hair looking and feeling amazing. I highly recommend Chunson at Number 76 for anyone looking for top-notch hair care and a relaxing salon experience.

    Just went to Number 76 hair salon first time today, the service was very good. I was taken care of by Justin and Pecky. They are both very friendly and gave me good recommendations on treatment. Love the Ultrasonic Perfect Smooth + Milbon hydration treatment! The hair was so soft and healthy. Especially, the microbubble water is impressive, good for deep clean scalp… overall treatment totally transformed my hair, perfect for Singapore humid weather!

    I’ve been to Adam a couple of times now and he has always been great! His colour knowledge is awesome and he is very good at haircuts too. My mum and I always leave feeling like we were taken care of and I love my hair 🙂

    My first haircut and treatment with number76 Singapore was done by Joey. She was very friendly, provides professional advice on the hairstyle I requested. She was attentive to my frizzy hair and I’m so happy with keratin treatment and nice haircut result. Thank you☺️☺️

    I usually do my hair at Number76 Malaysia, this is my first experience with the SG branch. First of all, I was left on read when i asked some question on Number76 SG instagram. However, they do respond swiftly on Whatsapp, which has left me puzzled because its 2024 already and its the first time for me to encounter such business that only replies on Whatsapp but not Instagram. Secondly, I did my complimentary birthday treatment today. After my hair was blown dry by the male staff, i was left sitting in my seat with the fabric covers on for 30 minutes when i could actually leave the place. It felt like my time wasn’t valued upon finding out that the service actually ended and i sat there for 30 minutes for nothing. I guess i will stick to Malaysia branch in future.

    Got a signature iron treatment. Was in and out within 40 minutes and spent $196. I can’t helped but feeling really short changed. Like I could have done the treatment at home.

    Hair felt smooth like it did after every treatment.

    I recently had my hair styled by Joey, and she could speak good Mandarin. She took her time, carefully trimming and shaping my hair with great attention to detail. I really appreciated how patient she was, ensuring every cut was precise. If you’re looking for a stylist who genuinely cares about her craft and her clients, I highly recommend Joey. She’s professional, skilled, and a true artist!
