    one of the most terrible hair salon services that i have experience so far, first and foremost, one of the male employees working there is very incompetent, the way he massages my scalpe was not gentle and he was not sincere with his job. Secondly, few fays later i can still see dandruff and dry scalpe and i thought the chemicals they use was effective.Overall paying around 200 sgd for that kind of service is not worth it. trust my words

    Coming here since 2022 after a friend recommended Kimage to me! I’ve been recommending this outlet to my friends and they’ve been frequenting here multiple times in return. Did a cut today with Yvonne plus treatment. Never disappointed after coming here <33

    I decided to try the services from Image, so I went during non peak hour to enquire about a hair cut and colouring of hair. I was able to be served immediately and the stylist is really good in finding out my preferred style and did a great job in cutting my hair followed by colouring it street consulting the type of colouring agent plus exact shade. I liked the results of the work done.

    If you want a perfect hair rebonding result, go look for Dollyn Tan, she’s the one and only whom I trust. Super duper gentle who takes time on the details. Highly recommended for her excellent skills. Thank you Dollyn.

    I had a very good experience with my daughter. I went there for hair colouring, and surprisingly, we were treated with great respect. The hair-washing, colouring and hair-blowing were very well-done. I had a brand new look after stepping out.
    Usually, I dislike going to hair saloons, because they usually push their products and recommend all kinds of hair treatment and solutions, but at Kimage, they were very professional and respectful. Definitely will go back there for their services are A-plus.

    Scalp treatment is the best in Bukit Panjang if you are one who loves scalp massage! Every step, every wash, every scrubbing comes with massage the head, probably more than 5-6 times in the entire 1.5hr session. Price is higher than other salons but every cents are worth the money here. This is the only place that made me stay after scouting all the scalp treatment in Bukit Panjang, even though they are the only one that does not offer scalp packages. I have also engaged more than 4 stylists here so far and all their skills are similarly great so I usually just ask who’s available. Love Kimage BPP absolutely!!

    hardselling by the skinny male stylist. his female colleague also very money-faced. the customer seat was super dirty, hair everywhere..on the chair, on the mirror table..no clean place to put your bag.

    No good service by an hair stylist who is inexperienced with natural curls. When she come to know my hair has natural curls her face is frowning totally. And I told her to give me a fresh hairstyle ended up I got a hairstyle which iooks older than my age I want a total new hairstyle which can makes me look fresh not look tired or like an old auntie.and I’m wearing specs and the hair style she cut for me make my hair pop up at the side it looks so ugly it’s not worth the cost and I paid for a lead stylist for $55 and it’s was totally not worth it at all and I hate my hairstyle now. Pls if your hairstylist do not know how to deal with natural curls pls do not insist on doing it. Thank you and now I’m stuck with this hairstyle that I do not like at all. Can you tell me how

    Been patronising Kimage BP for the last 7-8 years regularly. I like them as in all my years here they have never tried to hard sell any service, product or package. Booking for an appointment is easy and the customer service is better than many other salon chains. The pricing is transparent and is something the stylist discusses with you before doing any of it, so you will never get a shock or surprise when paying. The service level exceeds my expectations – I noticed that they will check your last hair appointments with Kimage and I just find it a nice touch as a customer. Services have never disappointed me. I recommend Yvonne and James from here. You can tell they are very passionate about hairstyling, hair care, hair everything. Will keep coming her until the day I got no more hair.

    It was my first visit to Kimage, Bukit Panjang, where I was attended to by May, the Senior and Leading Hairstylist. She is a headturner herself with her gorgeous hairstyle and colour, looking like a million bucks! She examined my hair condition, did a hair test to show me if my hair can take on anymore new colour, and explained to me in depth the deep seated problems of my DIY over-dyed hair colour and gave me her sincere honest recommendations what to expect should I insist on a change of hair colour, and how best to restore my hair. She attentively understood my needs for a low maintenance hairdo to look stylish and professional given the image I need for my career and advised me against a perm to protect my hair condition but let it heal over time with the right holistic hair treatment which is best for me. I really appreciate May’s professionalism and haircut which makes my hair more voluminous and healthier, looking much more confident and assured I am finally treating my hair right without further unnecessary hair dye. Highly recommend May for anyone who needs a v genuine, frank and no nonsense hair stylist who cares enough to be that honest with you for your own good. 😉

    Worst haircut I received. Not a place for haircuts. I think they are better off with just hair dyes. My hair was not even at the back. One side was longer than the other! And the hairdresser did not cut how I wanted her to. She cut my hair shorter than I wanted. I wanted more layers and she said she cut the hair too short for layers. Instead she went to thin my hair so much at the end. I wanted a shorter fringe but she said she cannot cut shorter as it won’t be nice. Even though I asked for it. I could have gone to a heartland salon and paid lesser for a better haircut.

    Specifically shown n tell that I wanna get wolf cut. I I got it… Only it’s a lil shorter than wat I wanted. Probably due to my split ends. Overall satisfied with the end result. Thanks. Difficult to get someone to cut my current hair cos I’m very particular about it.

    I would recommend May as she did scalp treatment for me, with tender care and professionalism. She glows with great attitude and it’s just the way she is, that’s amazing. She doesn’t hardsell. She spoke truthfully with regards to my oily hair condition (due to the exercise routine which I may have foreseen).
    Thank you May as it was indeed an enjoyable off-day (cum my birthday) experience at Kimage. Cheers! I was thrilled as I could really felt the ‘difference’ she did mention to me before. My hair became lighter and smooth too. And that I forgot to take photos at the end. Definitely, next time * Very much appreciated. 😀
