    Arrived on time for my appointment and still had to wait about 15-mins before I was attended to by Callie. Despite telling her that I did not want to cut off all 6″ that she recommended, she went ahead and did it anyway. Hair cut is shoddy and uneven, got a super layered wolfcut which I did not ask for. Really disappointed.

    Booked an appointment with Ally for the first time . She was a really pleasant lady, and doesn’t talk much (which I liked her personality because there wasn’t hard selling for unnecessary treatments etc). She was polite and knew what I want – a simple trim. She took time to make sure every strand of my hair looks in place . Very good in head massage too . Glad to have found a new hairstylist near me ! Thank you for the great service and for being very meticulous! I’ll sure look for you again dear . ❤️

    I called the Salon on 10th August at 11am and a lady by the name of Ally answered the call. She told me she is the leading hairstylist and arranged an appointment on the same day at 1pm for me. She told me she will be the one to do my haircut and hair coloring. I reached 10 mins early than 1pm. There are two hairstylist attending to customers. Waited for 10 minutes, one of the hairstylist by the name of Yang Yang attended to me. I told her I have an appointment with Ally and she pointed at the other hairstylist and told me that’s Ally but she is not able to do hairdo for me. I am so disappointed with their customer services. If Ally couldn’t attend to me, she herself should come apologise to me but she just ignored me. Haircut and hair coloring done by Yang Yang. Overall, standard so so only.
    I will not give a 2nd chance to visit this Salon anymore.

    I went to Calie for rebonding over a week ago. She did an excellent job. It took longer than usual but its worth it. For context, i have sensitive scalp and i dont have alot of hair. After rebonding, i have the least amount of scalp irritation compared to rebondings i did at other salons. My hair is also not crazy flat right after and the smell of chemicals on my hair is minimal.

    Overall she probably did not cut corners compared to rebondings i did elsewhere and she gave me tips on haircare, which is greatly appreciated.

    Highly recommended.

    Writing this review while waiting. Might as well bring down their number of stars. My appointment is 4.30pm yet I have been waiting for 30 min. When I came in I was quite shocked that there are 4 people still doing their hair and the hair stylist I booked Alice, was still taking her own sweet time with serving 2 other customers. Just asked me to sit aside and wait without attending to me. What’s the point of having an appointment if I have to wait so long. When I said I want to cancel my appointment then she asked me to sit down and let me see the colour chart. Why didn’t she show it to me earlier while I was waiting. After showing me the colour chart, she went back to cut hair for the other customer. She doesn’t even have any sense of urgency. If this is the customer service that they are giving then I won’t be going back there again.

    I never write reviews but to show how much I appreciate this salon here’s my first one. Really love the cutting and the service. Yang Yang is really good at what she does 👍🏻 it’s my first visit and will definitely be going back. Thank you Yang Yang.

    I just wanted to trim my hair so I went to this salon to wash, cut & blow but they do not have junior stylist so no choice I paid $55 for a $30 service that I can get at any other salon. To be honest, not worth it. Yang Yang used the Dyson to style my hair but the curls were gone within 10mins(not aggregating). Too expensive bc I did not request to cut my hair in any style, just a trim. I think neighbourhood salon can provide the same service.

    Been here at TP Kimage for many years because of Calie who is always very professional and detail. She knows my preferred style and skillful in haircut. I prefer less maintenance cut and easy to manage style and she can do it effortlessly.

    Service is good and attentive, just that calling in to book an appointment is a bit difficult as I am unable to get thru, need to call a few times before someone answer the call

    Went to this establishment for a hair cut and wash. The hair stylist that attended to me was clearly just in a rush to finish her work to attend to the customer behind me. She kept looking at the clock instead of focusing on the hair cut. When I washed my hair later in the day, there were chunks of hair that was not cut during the hair cut. These chunks were 3 inches long and my
    original length. Had to go to another hair stylist to tidy up the mess that was created. Will not be going back to this outlet again.

    I saw good reviews at the Toa Payoh branch and decided to give them a try for a haircut first on 11 February at about 12plus before doing treatments etc another time. However, the staff didn’t seem interested in serving me. The impression I got was that it was not worth their time to do so unless I was getting more costly treatments done. There were only two customers in the shop but they said that they were busy the whole day. There were staff just idling around. It was quite disappointing to say the least. I will not patronise them again. The management should look into improving the customer service.

    Yang yang is was very warm and friendly hairstylist, and also will give advise what hair style I should try. I like her Advised and enjoy very much, important is not like other saloon keep promote package when their service and skills is still not there. Thanks Yang Yang, continue provide ur good service thanks

    Thank you so much Yangyang!! She was super patient and listened to my needs. The hair washing was very relaxing and you can tell she is very experienced by the way she styles hair. Will return when my hair grows longer thanks for the excellent service!

    This was likely the most unprofessional and impolite welcome I’ve ever received from a hair dresser.

    I walked by the salon on a Monday morning, greeted a long haired lady who was in the midst of cutting a customer’s hair to enquire about availabilities.

    She seemed irritated and looked at me coldly, said 2 words “Any reservations?”, and I replied no.

    She then said an additional 2 words ” No space”, and gave me a nonchalant and almost annoyed look before going back to her work.

    Zero effort to be apologetic or even offering another time slot to a potential customer. I showed myself out amidst the silence.

    Wow.

    If you’re the owner, you might want to relook your training programme as I’m writing off your entire hairdresser chain in Singapore.

    I have been staying in the neighbourhood for ten years and I do not know why it took me so long to discover this gem of a hair salon! The ambience especially the upper floor is nice and very clean. I highly recommend lead stylist Yang Yang who is very good at what she does. She is highly organised and is very patient. After so many years of doing rebonding, I have found the best place! Prices are also relatively reasonable. Will definitely return again. Thank you Yang Yang!

    I was served by Yang Yang, the lead stylist, who is very professional & kind. Not only cut & style my hair nicely but also gives me many advice on taking care of my hair. Highly recommended Yang Yang!

    First visit there for a cut-wash-blow and had Yang Yang as my stylist. Service was good as she understood my requests for a low maintenance cut as I’m due to give birth soon. She was also very friendly and made my first visit very comfortable. I intend to return for future hair services!
