    Dark circles and puffiness – consider them gone. The staff’s delicate touch and attention to detail made the whole experience a rejuvenating delight. Waking up with brighter eyes is a game-changer, and I owe it to them.

    Standard really going down. They used to have a in-house doctor for lasers and injections but decided to do-away with professionals as they wanted to revamp the place to a lower level of clinic mained by normal therapists. Plus they used to have a much bigger place of rental at Wisma Atria. Now their clinic is halfed in size. So it seems small and crowded. I will not recommend this place to others anymore.

    Waited 15 mins before consultant turned up.

    Seems to be the same as all others where I signed for free trial and consultant will tell u that treatment will not work and ask you to pay 198 for a special trial.

    Avoid at all cost!

    Worst place. Consultant don’t know how to speak English, I made appointment for R6 treatment for my dark eye circles but that kumia told me in broken English that it’s not for dark eye circle and ask me to pay $200 more for something else, I showed her the advertisement that stated it’s for dark eye circle but she still denied. Appt at 630pm but almost 7 my room is not available, worst place , don’t even go for their complimentary service ,

    Exceeded my expectations in every way!! Their treatments were effective and left my skin feeling smooth and radiant. When I found the prices were reasonable too, I was really happy!

    Dishonest business!

    I saw their ad for the S6 Body Sculpting, advertising a free trial followed by 10 sessions at $388. I messaged them on whatsapp to ask for clarifications about the trial, and whether I had to purchase the 10-session package to use the trial so it was essentially 11 sessions for $388. They essentially ghosted me once they realised that they could not scam me. I messaged them once a week for the past 2 weeks but my queries have been ignored.

    Seems like these grifters are just out to scam less savvy customers into making unnecessary purchases through dishonest advertising tactics. Wouldn’t be surprised that they use hard sell tactics too, judging by the countless other reviews.

    Come here only if you are fine with doing business with dishonest people.

    Tried the $8.80 RF eye treatment trial. Not suitable for my tender eye area, The heat of the machine made the area under my eyes very dry and caused fine lines for a week. I have to put alot of moisturiser for my eye area.

    Gave 2 stars for cleanliness. I saw an ad on Instagram for the R6 Eye Firming Treatment, so I booked an appointment and paid a deposit online because I was seriously considering signing up for a package. The front desk was okay, except for not updating me that she received my online form and just letting me wait there. The consultant, CN, couldn’t converse much in English and handed me over to another therapist. While doing the treatment, the therapist shared other services they provide and pointed out issues on my face, like freckles, which I told her aren’t a major concern. The session lasted less than 15 minutes, and it felt a bit rushed. Obviously, I wasn’t satisfied with the service, so I told the consultant I’m not taking the package. She responded, “Okay lah,” in a rude tone and continued to mumble.

    No visible results after 1 year of treatment, despite me doing aerobic exercises 1-2 times weekly, still not helping. I dare not eat much for every meal. PLEASE Everyone, Do not come to this brand PLEASE! I do not wish you go through my pain!!!

    Does not reply to WhatsApp. No one picks up the call until I have to try 5-6 times.

    No consultant to advise me after my previous consultant left for HK Branch. Now it feels like going through motion with no one following up on my progress. I just want to finish up my package and have nothing else to do with this brand.

    I made a complaint to the front desk regarding some false marketing. Staff took down my complaint but no further follow up actions at all. V poor service. All talk but no action.

    The call button in the room was spoilt on multiple occasions and in different rooms. I needed to go to toilet and almost poop in the room as no one attended to me. V stressful. Called the front desk but no one picked up. I had to self service stop pull out the machine from my body.

    0 star service.

    0 star product satisfaction.

    I gave 5 stars earlier because my consultant was kind and friendly when I signed up for a package, and she offered me free masks if I leave a Google review. Changed my mind after having done 10 sessions now. The machine doesn’t do anything much to the skin. All the reviews about the people at the counter are true. They don’t really care about your end result, consultants won’t follow up on your progress after signing up. Maybe unless you sign up for more expensive packages or maybe I just happened to be unlucky. But I will not come back. This company is a multi shareholders group. If you want skin or body transformation, better go to a skilled expert, dermatologist or beauty therapist in the local neighborhood shops. Look for 1 person who has done it and can provide real testimonials. To be fair though, they asked me to come once a week which is better but I couldn’t come down to town that often and I didn’t expect there would be no improvement to my skin at all. In fact, I feel my skin became more saggy and pores are now visible on my forehead and nose.

    Scam, Cheater company!. I went for trial bust treatment. They ask u to remove your clothes then when u r naked they ask u to buy package. I told them I come for e trial & IM not working. The hongkong lady forced me to buy the package. Ask if i got credit card, or pay by atome. I say dun haf ten force mi to upgrade & pay $88 n that $100 is supposed to last me for 1 month. Pray they will have karma CHEATERS. Force ppl to buy package bery dirty tatic ask u to remove ur clothes with e aircon so cold. I got to pay $88 to ‘get rid” of the hongkong woman . & my balance $12 she also want from me say I give the $12 then she will give receipt. meaning they can ay no such sales lar. I have reported them to CASE and small claim court & report Police for scam. Pay mi back my $88. Stupid hongkong woman bery dirty way of doing business! Take poor ppl $ hope & pray they got karma. Hardup so push sales! Pray company close down soon. BEware & dun go to this company! Staff bery rude oso. Hello hello? Hello who? Make mi wait more than 15 min for stupid registration. After resignation still need to wait. Thumbs dwn service! So hardup got sell urself lar!

    IF I can give 0 star i will give

    Firstly, front desk people was unfriendly, don’t bother to guide new customers plus no water serving

    Secondly, one of the China woman came and talked to me after the registration. She keeps trying to push me buy their packages if you don’t buy their tone will change immediately. And please change your consultant if can’t speak English then anyhow throw out words

    Thirdly, the treatment is ok but done in 15 min which shocked me and after the person helped me do, she immediately asked me to leave with unfriendly tone.

    Everything was took up less than 30min, different from what they told me which will be 60-90 min.
    I think they just anyhow do do act act then will throw you aside

    Even though it’s Free Trial, first time come and will be the last time too because they given a extremely bad services with no professionalism at all.

    Please be aware of of this beauty place, and I thinking many those 4-5 stars review is Fake!

    Updated review:

    It is quite hard to make appointments with them thru whatsapp because their response rate is close to nonexistent. You can only successfully make appointments thru calls and as someone who is out of town most of the days in a month, its not that convenient for me to make appointments whenever.

    Initial review:

    Very clean and nice place, staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Went for a trial session and was hardsell-ed to buy the package.

    Purchased the undereye treatment package and there seems to be some visible effect but only if you go back and do diligently every week or 2. Kind of regretted signing up for the package under stress as i felt that the 3k for 12 sessions could be better used elsewhere

    Terrible experience. It’s just a SCAM nothing else. They just send you message for 90 min trial of body sculpting/eye treatment/ facial & many more. But once you reach there they will ask to buy package if you want service. Even though I have showed them message they WhatsApp me for 90 min treatment they don’t bother about it & says you talk to same person who WhatsApp you. At last they never Answer your call & messages. So over all its time wasting if you book appointment for free trial. Be aware.

    I had reservations about undergoing a bust care treatment, but deciding to try it with the New Beauty team was the best decision. Their staff created a comfortable atmosphere, and I’m thrilled with the incredible results. I now feel a newfound confidence and a greater sense of comfort in my own skin.

    Waited 15 minutes after my registration for them to call me to the consultation room.

    In the consultation room, she used my eye bags as a reason to get me to upgrade my trial cyro eye to a more intensive treatment for $198 for first timers.

    After i turned her down, she left and i waited for 30 minutes before walking out of the shop.

    Whole time the attitude of the people there was very bad like they didn’t want to be working there, only when there are commisions for them will they act friendly with you.

    Even their music in the waiting room keeps being interrupted… cannot chill in the consulation room in peace.

    Went for the free trial today. Specifically asked them before I go down whether it is a full treatment and was promised it was and is a 90min session inclusive of consultation.

    The 2 customer representatives at the counter don’t seem to bother when I reached.

    After a while, a consultant attended to me and claimed that the free trial is not suitable for me and wanted me to buy a $198 treatment instead. I declined and her tone changed instantly and let me try the free treatment unhappily.

    The trial was only around 10 minutes and NOT 60 minutes as promised.

    The therapist still asked me a sign a package of 10 sessions.

    I just walked off.

    Such an unpleasant and disgusting experience! Waste of time!

    Wish I can give a MINUS 5 stars review!
