    Came this place twice and the nails are done beautiful by the ladies. For the recent times, I actually had no clue what to nail designs to do for my solemnization. Thankful for the manicurist for giving me suggestions for my event.

    Took a leap of faith by going a store I’ve never been for my wedding nails and I’m so glad I went ahead! Both Tricia and PeiYi were cheerful and easy to talk to. My mum also has ingrown nails issues and she said that Files & Buffers has been the most meticulous yet gentle so far with her toenails. Cannot be happier with how the nail art turns out. Highly recommended! 😍

    Went in without knowing what design to have painted on my nails. Both the nail techs Tricia and Peiyi took time to brainstorm and they did the design on the spot which turned out great. I truly appreciate their sincerity and attentiveness throughout the whole process. Will definitely patronise this place again !

    Tricia does an excellent job each time I pop by to get my nails done.. She will surprise u with her amazing nail arts.. Will definitely recommend my friends to go to her.. 😍

    Just did my gel manicure and pedicure here. Thank you so much Tricia for your patience and hardwork. If you want someone who is very careful about details and who does a fine job, look no further! Not only is this place super affordable, Tricia was so kind throughout the entire process and there no hard selling at all.

    Tricia is gentle and detailed. Her skill is good and I appreciate how pleasant how the environment is. Appointments are easy to make because she’s very responsive.

    Bought a Fave voucher and was expecting some hard-selling but the lady boss didn’t even ask if I wanted to get a package while I was quietly waiting for the question to come up. She is super nice, friendly and meticulous and gave helpful suggestions when I couldn’t decide on my toe colour. I was also running a bit late for my appointment and she actually tried calling to check up on me because she was worried I had lost my way (and I was indeed lost). The place is a bit small and inaccessible but I like that it’s quiet, unlike the other overcrowded and overpriced salons I’ve been to.

    Will definitely be back here when her salon moves to a more accessible place next to Yishun MRT.

    Tricia providea excellent service. She is cheerful, patient and give practical advices on how to maintain our nails. Her place is comfortable and serene. She practices good hygiene. Thumbs up for her!

    I am a regular in Files & Buffers for years now, have not been going to other salon. Gel manicures and pedicures were lasting and cuticles were all clean. Tricia is also meticulous in handling me when I got confused in nail designs everytime on my appt, Thumbs up!
