    first visit, Dr. Ong performed the laser. extremely skilled and provided excellent guidance. Explained thoroughly on the possible causes if my acnes and recommended suitable treatments for me.

    Thank you Ms Amy for explaining to me the treatments and offering me such great package! Thanks to the attendant who prepared me for the treatment and to the Doctor who did the pico laser, for reassuring that the treatment will go smoothly and it did actually!     I have been a loyal customer at this aesthetic clinic since its opening, and my journey has been a mix of highs and lows.

    Initially, I found solace in purchasing packages from Noel, Serene, and Winnie, who expertly guided me through my options. Similarly, I received commendable service from Fernice, Monica, MiKi, Feather, Stella, and YiShan. The treatments by Dr. James, Justin, Ong, and Mavis were professionally conducted. Everything started well, and I happily shared my positive experiences with my friends.

    However, my experiences took a downturn due to Amy’s conduct. Her pushy and unprofessional approach, coupled with a tendency to act as if she’s the clinic’s boss, was deeply unpleasant. She persistently pushed packages not aligned with my preferences, displaying a complete lack of respect for my decisions. Her behavior worsened when I declined, becoming indifferent and neglectful, neglecting even basic courtesies like saying goodbye.

    Equally concerning is Amy’s habit of shifting blame onto the previous managers instead of addressing issues herself. Instead of working towards solutions, she resorts to finger-pointing.

    Furthermore, it’s inappropriate for an beautician to assume an authoritative role at the front desk. Negotiating package prices and overseeing operations should be the manager Winni’s responsibilities, not Amy’s. Even worse, Amy declined right away when I asked if there’s any promotion. She charged a much higher price than the original one (Botox $15/cc).

    Over the course of two years, I witnessed a significant decline, with friends refusing to return to this branch because of her. Isn’t it funny that we are customers, but we have to bear with the beautician’s mood?

    In conclusion, my overall experience with Amy has been deeply unsatisfactory. I appreciate the efforts of some staff members, including Noel, Serene, Winnie, and the doctors, but Amy’s pushy sales tactics, unfriendly manner, and inappropriate role within the clinic have left me with a negative impression. Her pricing is exorbitant, and I have no intention of purchasing any packages from her in the future. I will not return to this branch unless there is a change in service. I am sure many people feel the same way as I do. The clinic’s management needs to address these issues promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and overall service quality.

    I started my treatment at Serangoon branch in January 2023. I am very satisfied with the services thus far. Dr Ong and the staff personnel are very professional and attentive to my needs. They are very patience to address any questions and concerns i have. Especially thanks to Ms Amy, she has been most helpful, responsive and she also gave me her professional recommendations/advices to further improve on my skin condition. I am looking forward for a more refresh and younger looking skin with A.M. Aesthetics.

    I no longer think that AM aesthetics service is up to par. Multiple disappointing occasions:

    1. Staff slapped mask mixture on my right eye that has eyelash extensions. Result: Hardened mask mixture that is difficult to come out.

    2. Poor time slot allocation. Told to come down at 5pm for a pre-arranged appointment, and with staff repeatedly reminding that doctor will leave at 5.30pm. Arrived past 5pm, greeted with the following:

    – Doctor has to inject patients

    – Doctor has 2 more patients that need to do laser

    Personally, didn’t bother to even wait.

    3. Previously went down and had to wait for 1.5 hours for the doctor to arrive, for an appointment pre-arranged. Gave up waiting after 30 mins.

    Accompanied with the myriad hard selling for every facial session, alongside with these subpar and uncomfortable experiences, AM Aesthetics no longer meets the criterion of ‘premium’.

    On 8 Feb’23, I went for a trial Oxy Peel treatment n was instead given a basic hydration facial. When I asked why d ‘oxy spray’ as advertised, was not used, both d therapist n d supervisor, Amy,appeared unaware of what oxy treatment is. They simply blamed their marketting team for d error??? I was given a name card by Amy for a free Hydra Elite facial n told to make an appointment. That was their way of correcting the mistake. When I asked if the free treatment could be an Oxy peel, Amy said yes n that I could ask for it. So do they know what they r saying? D whole setup appear to be a pure scam. They have a huge photo of their founder, near d entrance,under d caption, ‘Our Doctors’ n d biggest joke is that this man is not even an actual doctor but just has an ‘honorary doctorate’ from some Hawaiian university!!! Amy confirmed this. The thearapist could not even tell me d name of d products they use! God help those who go to this clinic for fillers!

    TLDR: Discrepancy between advertised treatment and actual treatment itself. Treatment does not achieve what it claims to do.

    I had initially provided feedback to both their emails and WhatsApp because I thought it would be good to do so before putting up a review. However, my messages and email was ignored.

    Here’s what happened:

    To begin with, when I arrived at the clinic, the staff told me that I’m doing PICO toning which doesn’t treat acne scars/pores, even when the video on IG said that it’s able to do so. So they asked me to try a more intensive Pico- reju treatment. This was what I find uncomfortable with.

    Anyway, since I already paid for the deposit ($20~ for booking), I decided to just proceed with Pico toning.

    I was asked to fill up a particulars form and the staff did not return at all. I had to leave the room to ask after about a long wait and only then did they bring me to the room where numbing was applied but I have yet to sign any consent form.

    This is when I told the staff about the discrepancy between the treatment advertised online and what was told to me early. It’s now been over 40min and I have yet to have any treatment done. Prior to this, I was forgotten in the room for more than 10 minutes because the staff were busy chitchatting outside. I had to leave the room to remind them for them to attend to me.

    The doctor later came in explaining to me about the treatment and once again, agreeing it that the treatment does not treat scars and acne. They acknowledge the discrepancy but also told me that the advertisement is done by the media team.

    The staff and doctor tried their best at service recovery later with detailed explanation which I am thankful for. However, it doesn’t negate the fact that there is a lapse in the treatment that I was supposed to receive versus the treatment that’s was advertised.

    I emailed the company and WhatsApp them with regards to the matter but it has been more than 3 days and there were no follow-ups made. This is the greatest irony because they replied to all poor reviews asking customers to email them directly. I did as they said but received no replies.

    I am really disappointed and I hope they will improve their service and advertising tactics.

    Not happy with the recent facial experience, have been with AM serangoon branch for 6 months and did my oxy skin treatment for few times, but the recent facial is different from the previous experience, my treatment should have extraction but the beautician didn’t do the extraction and just apply a mask, when i asked them, they only do the suction after the mask.

    Furthermore, they are very hard selling! Every time visit will ask you to sign new package.

    Not recommend. Dr Justin was rough doing pico laser for me even after I told him is painful and pls lower the power. End of the session my face got redness! Been with them for at least 6 mths, previous dr is ok but not Dr Justin. They keep changing different dr until I lost my confident in them!

    Have been with AM aesthetics since 2017 and always trust their services. Fairly priced and good staff. Amy and Dr Justin are great and friendly, always a good experience at this clinic.
