    Have been going to this salon for the past few years. Appreciate the staff at this branch. They are dedicated to their work and treat their customers sincerely. Regina is knowledgeable, willing to listen to her customer’s concerns and work out a suitable plan. She has a talent for building rapport with customers. Jazz takes the time to hear what his customer wants and recommends treatment options based on his or her hair condition. His haircuts are always good and professional. I am left feeling satisfied after each session.

    Walk in and go for a facial , the lady who serve and explain to me about my skin type was very detail . Will definitely go there again

    Dishonest chain. My purchased sessions kept decreasing for no reason and when I asked them to check they said no records. Then how do I know if there’s dishonest backend changes to my package? Counter reception lady was rather discourteous and impatient too. The young male hairdresser too. What’s up with them criticizing customers hair quality, mocking their style loudly across the entire saloon? Pls give them basic customer service classes..

    I am a regular with Jean Yip for almost 2 decades. They have a very personal touch to every customer. They remember everyone and it makes me feel like a personalised hairstylist.

    Their professionalism and care for customer are impeccable.

    Regina has a special gift. She is an excellent team player and manages her team very well. All the staff respects her and customers also listens to her opinion. 赞赞赞!

    The actual service provided was subpar but I have nothing against the stylist who may have been a little young and inexperienced but overall was polite and had good work ethic. What irked me was the very rude lady at the front desk who was unnecessarily crass. I even heard her making remarks about me in Mandarin a few times thinking I wouldn’t understand. Shockingly unprofessional.

    Was told that the soothing therapy treatment first timer trial is $201 and usual price is $388. The person who attend to me did not show me any package or go through in detail of my treatment. However, I saw the marketing brochure from westmall and I saw the soothing therapy first trial is $28 (u.p $201). What a coincidence. But they insist that the soothing therapy shown on the booklet is different from my package.

    Obviously, I’m sure that they are very dishonest about the pricing and package. This is my first time and my last time with them. I’m very disappointed at their credibility and service after sale. They insisted asking me down to the shop to see their “official pricing” instead of showing to me over their business whatsApp account.
