    On 2/12 I went for a massage @ Junction 10.I was sitting @ the sofa when the receptionist called me to sit opposite her so she can explain why I must purchase the $2500 offer.What made me annoyed is I have bought the $2500 on 15/10 & still have balance from the previously bought $2500.Please do advise your staff not to do so as it can irtitate & make the customer furious.

    This is my 3rd visit at this outlet. The massage therapists are great and gives therapheutic massages as usual, however this particular receptionist lady (a plump Malay lady with copperish brown straight shoulder length hair) is a spoiler for the entire experience. Rude, disrespectful, and is not as friendly as the other receptionists from their other outlets. Gives every customer a judgemental look and then name-calling them after they walked out from the outlet. I hope the management can look into the matter and gives her a warning letter or do consider replacing her with a more service-oriented person. I’m sure even if she is the outlet’s Branch Manager, she’s expected to put a much more professional front and handle customers more professionally. Each massage/theraphy session costs atleast $80++, and she literally judges every customers who walks in.

    I’ve had patronised their other outlets before at GB Point, Bukit Timah’s, West Coast Plaza, Goldhill Plaza, Jalan Jurong Kechil, and have always had pleasant experiences with their receptionists and therapists, except for this outlet’s particularly horrid receptionist.
