    After fishing, my back pain .I want to have a massage to relieve it. Use Google Maps to search for S&N spa nearby. Cindy, the new massage therapist serves me. Her Massage technique is great. Find my pain points accurately and relieve my pain. Thank you, Cindy. 5-star praise.

    Massage was sad, they’ve written full body but when you go-in half-way through the masseuse asks for additional cost for front and bottom. Such pathetic service. Masseuse wasn’t good, and they have an audacity to ask for more money, saying 60 mins can only do ‘back’, for front have to pay more. Well I hope the owner reads this comment and rectifies the staff’s behaviour.

    It wasn’t good. Pressure points are not accurate. Simply press here and there. Not only that! The person stood ontop of me and said to relax when I felt terrible pain on my back and my legs were numb within few mins. Always using phone. I would not recommend anyone to choose this place.

    Worst massage experience at S&N Spa! Whole session was a torture by masseuse Ivy. She literally stand on top on me more than 40mins with full weight, even with her holding the bar. It was horribly painful. She kept emphasizing to me she is chinese physician and knows the points. Kept rubbing and pressing me hard , and now my whole body feels like i went half marathon and climbed a hill! Super aching and painful now. Worst experience. Previous lady was good Thats why i went there. But this round was a Great Disappointment and Suffering! Going to massage is to enjoy and relax, not to be tortured.

    We were not informed about additional charges to the services.

    Ended up paying $166 extra after paying $120 initially, totalling to $143 per pax.

    Initially, my boyfriend and I went for a 60 mins body massage and paid $120 for 2. Therapist asked if we wanted additional 30 mins as it would be just nice to release the knots. We agreed thinking it would be extra 20-30$. They gave us “hot oil” which we thought would be free, also did “gua sha” for us as she highly recommend it.

    We should be informed regarding the additional charges and agree to prices before providing the services. We were utterly shock but could not do much as services were provided. Even though my therapist only “gua sha”ed one side of my shoulder
