    Very lovely lady who runs the place. Made me feel at home, didn’t rush through the manicure, and the overall experience feels very personalised and attentive.

    absolutely love the manicures that Mel gives. this is the longest lasting gel manicure I’ve ever had!!! no chipping, no lifting, even though I ate blood cockles the day after my gel manicure … lol. lasted for a month (!!!) after that with no chipping or lifting.

    also she’s so lovely to talk to and we have such a nice time chatting while she does my nails. so far having a lot of fun with the nail art that she’s done for me. she just has really nice energy 🙂

    highly highly recommend!

    Melissa runs a nice and cosy nail parlour. She is very kind and soft spoken, but happy to chat as you go along along. Booking was easily done via WhatsApp, and Melissa replied very quickly after I messaged her. Did a spa pedicure and mask for my dry skin.

    Keep in mind that Melissa is a one-person operation, so some days her schedule might be tight. If you come with friends, she will work on one person then the next.

    Be patient, bring snacks, and have a good relaxing time here — you will not regret it.

    Melissa the lady boss is such a pleasant and friendly lady. She always makes you feel very welcome and never rushed. She does a good job for my manicure and pedicure and we always had such good chat while she is at it. Highly recommended!

    Finger Work is a homely and realx place not just for mani and pedi services.. A place to chi chat over meal and sharing with laughter whenever i am there just me and Melissa ? started to know Fingerwork in 2010 when accompanied a friend for her waxing service and that’s is how I am connected with Melissa till now..Is a small world that we actuall came to know that we are from the same corporate place ? Whenever i had a long work day, will just drop by Fingerwork to relax and recharge myself with Melissa’s warm and kind service making me feel at home at all times ?

    This was the nicest manicure and pedicure experience I’ve ever had! I’ve never felt as welcome in a setting or city as I felt by Melissa. She truly exemplifies both hospitality and professionalism. If I lived in Singapore I’d come back regularly just to chat with her!

    I’ve been going to Fingerwork since 2016, and the service has always been very consistent since then. I always worry when I start with new services because ive had bad experiences with other salons before. Melissa from fingerwork not only does the services very meticulously and well, but she always goes the extra mile, through a nice catchup/chit chat accompanied with her tea and cookies. She never oversells nor pushes too much unnecessary services, she will educate and inform you of what she can recommend but always leave you with room to decide on your own. She also never short changes her customers of the service they pay for, you will feel at home and at ease because she’s very hospitable and easy going. I would recommend their services for those who are looking for a long term beauty service provider.

    Finding this place and Melissa was a gift! She’s such a light and loves what she does. Her work studio is comfy and she makes you feel at home while you’re getting pampered. I did a classic pedicure and Brazilian wax with her, both amazing and great value. She even touched up my boyfriend’s eyebrows, which he has never done before but he trusted Melissa 🙂

    As other reviews mentioned, if you want top-notch service paired with incredible hospitality, then Fingerwork is the place! Melissa became a friend and I look forward to visiting her now for my beauty services – wax, nails, facials.

    I can’t recommend enough! Support her small business and you won’t be disappointed.

    Been visiting Melissa for the past few years & many more years to come. Melissa is dedicated, friendly & responsive. She does not push you to purchase packages & makes the experience, be it bwax, facial or pedicure positive. She specialises in manicures. Do visit her or give her shop a try if you are looking for alternatives.

    Cozy place on the second floor 🙂 Melissa was meticulous and went the extra mile for my nails even though I just chose to do the express manicure. Great service with lovely peach tea and biscuits too 🙂 thank you Melissa!

    I’ve been going to Fingerwork for several years now and Melissa has become more than my manicurist – she is also my friend! The service is so accommodating, and she has excellent workmanship. Fingerwork is my go-to for all things beauty. Highly recommended!
