    Discovered this place last year and have been coming ever since then for mani-pedi.

    Great service and long lasting mani.

    Despite going many times they never hard sell on their packages!

    When selling packages very nice, when there are issues suddenly the customer service is very bad. They threaten you and shout at you, so appalled by this disgusting behaviour

    1 star is being generous. When my mum and I bought a package there, the Vietnamese owner ensured us there would be no expiry. During the peak of Covid, we did not come in as we had vulnerable individuals at home.

    Now that Covid cases have dropped, she is refusing to allow us to use our package with almost $400 left in it. The owner even threatened to call the cops if we come to her shop. Absolutely ridiculous and worst customer service in Singapore. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

    She also never even bothered to call us to inform us that our package was expiring. Just suddenly spring this kind of nonsense on us, very dishonest and a terrible businesswoman.

    Very dishonest owner. Makes you buy packages and does not make upfront that package has an expiry date. Be careful of this place and don’t fall for any of their sales tactics!

    This is my second time here. Friendly staff with wonderful service! Aunty Alice is professional and kind . Will definitely come back here again!
