    Fresver Beauty started when an enterprising young woman had the vision of beautifying people. It gave her great joy knowing she could help others feel confident and was making a difference to their lives. Through sheer hard work, she managed to put herself through Beauty College with hard-earned money from door-to-door product sales. Eventually, she saved enough to start a home facial business. With a pool of ever-increasing customer base that always came back for her great service and treatment results, she was finally able to start her first beauty salon at Toa Payoh in 1988. This inspiring figure is Ms Alice Lim, beautician turned CEO who single-handedly grew Fresver from humble beginnings to the multi-award-winning brand it is today.

    The beauticians practice hard selling and what’s worst was upon taking a new package, u have to try to book your appointment almost 1 month in advance!. How do we sign up for packages when it is so difficult to get an appointment, Kovan Branch?
    There was a miscommunication of the appointment date recently and I made a waste trip.
    Instead of practice good customer service, the branch manager should at least try to apologise and not to complain about being short handed. That is the branch management issue and should be solved. (manybe by getting manpower help from other branches which have less clients).
    I was their client for almost 10 years! it’s seems like now they have more new clients, they start to ignore the older clients?

    I first went to Fresver Kovan about a month ago. There was an offer for the hydra facial at that time. My facial was done by May. Today too i was lucky to get my pigmentation facial done by May. She is a barbie doll herself, friendly yet professional. She explains every step before she does it and is very careful during every step, and is also gentle. So, Thanks a bunch for the happy facial experiences May, Fresver doesnt need hard selling when they’v got experienced hands like yours!

    Their beautician may be professional but their hard selling never stops. Even when you are in the session or after the session.

    They sit you down in a room after every other session to sell you a new package. During the session itself, they will constantly tell you your current package is not suitable for your current condition and convince you to try another treatment in exchange for a small fee. Ofcourse this is entirely up to you but the experience is just annoying.

    I have been patronising them for the past few years, and constantly pestered to sign up for new package. Ofcourse they do not force you to take up a new package.
    But the way they frame is by pointing out your flaws, and after the session, convince you that your skin look better. Throughout the years, I have seen minor improvement despite my frequent visits.

    Other advance facial parlours have a machine to check on your facial condition, but not theirs. They simply “tell” your condition by analizing it themselves.

    Above is my personal experience and may not be the same for everyone else.

    First time doing facial and the experience couldn’t have been better. Loved the ambience especially. Would definitely recommend Fresver.

    I have been with Fresver for a few months now, and have been receiving treatment mainly for my womb and ovary wellness. During the session, a premium Herbal Mineral Mud Mask that contains more than 28 functional herbs including high-grade Ginseng and Dang Gui was applied. The session was very relaxing and I could really feel the difference after the treatment. More accurately, I could feel that menstruation cramps has been slowly improving, moving towards achieving overall enhanced womb health.     Very good treatment service by Crystal, my friendly beautician. She’s experienced in the field and has has doing this for 11 years. The place is very clean and nice to do facial treatment. A very relaxing place for people to come and visit after a stressful day at work. The people are very friendly and helpful and and they do body wellness massages as well. Would definitely visit again and recommend my friends to come 🙂

    Just visit the store today to do diamond luminous facial treatment and milie seed removal today. Professional service throughout the whole treatment. Will discuss and tailor the treatment that based on your current skin condition to make sure you are having the right treatment for your skin. Besides, all the staff are very friendly. Definitely will come back to visit again! Recommend to come try

    Had been with Fresver Kovan more than a year , mainly doing their Body Wellness treatment .Their Ovary and Kidney massage really helps to lessen my monthly painful menses and headaches issues . I had also just try their newly launched 2 in 1 Micro Thermal Back treatment which really helps me with my backaches .Mostly importantly is that you also welcomed by the friendly staffs here!!

    Have been using their facial service for the past 3 years, and maintain my skin for the past 3 years. Good products and service which suits my skin. The product is also good quality. Love the product and aervice

    It was a truly refreshing experience to try the 2-in-1 Thermal micro back treatment. The therapist was very attentive and knowledgeable towards understanding my neck and shoulder issues and helping me to relieve the aches during the treatment journey I felt re-energized after the 1st trial. Highly recommended!

    Very relaxing facial! They had a consultation beforehand to explain the treatment package. Was very impressed by the warm bed and the service provided. Staff is very friendly as well! Would highly recommend 🙂

    I am a regular customer of fresver beauty since year 1995 (27 years) and I love coming here for my facial and body treatment. My favourite treatment is bojin face treatment. My feedback of this treatment is very good because it lifted my face control and is very relaxing. I strongly recommend for those yet to try such treatment, not to hesitate and to come here for treatment. Thanks ?

    I did the Signature TLC facial treatment for the first time today and it was really good! It helps to soothe and relax not only my face but shoulders and upper arm. The therapist was also very patient, friendly as she did the treatment and explain clearly the different parts of it! Will be back here again!

    I tried out the mud moxibustion on ovary and kidneys and felt that it does have a positive effect on period cramps. My period cramps have lessened. On top of that, the therapists were friendly and provided good advice.

    I have been doing regular facials with Fresver for 9 years and have been with their Kovan outlet for the last two years. My favorite treatment is TLC signature facial and hydra exfoliation therapy, which leaves my face refreshed, moisturized and relaxed. My skin condition has improved over the years with them and they have kept my skin looking young. The therapists here are very friendly and competent, given that many have been with the organization for a long time.

    This is my first facial experience at Fresver Beauty Kovan. May is a very friendly and helpful beautician. She will provide clear and detailed explanation on the facial steps. Excellent service! Will definitely come again for their facial and skin care products! Strongly recommend for those who have skin issues.

    Today Is my first time been fresver Kovan. My friend recommend me to here for Rose plus facial. This facial is great! After this treatment my skin is feel clean, soft, and hydrated. The beautician is skilful, so surprised when doing extraction it is not hard, but clean.

    The environment here is nice and neat. Definitely I will recommend more friend to come Fresver Kovan.

    Did Diamond ? luminous facial at kovan outlet. This facial benefits to my skin so shine and smooth. I will recommend will continue again when my package finished.     Thank you for the treatment, my therapist she is very nice and friendly, her explanation is clear and understandable. The room is very cozy. After the treatment I feel relaxing And comfortable.
    Their shop is near the Kovan MRT station is very convenient for everyone. I like the place and the treatment.

    Self care is important so I do massage and facial. I always go to Fresver for these self care treatment. Today, I had Hydro perfect treat and tribo eye treatment to sooth my tired eyes and the feeling was great. Staff are very friendly and the location is near in our house, so convenient.
