    Came early for my appointment. Waited patiently for almost 15mins…but staff kept telling me to wait (no explanation given). So i waited (in my head the masseur could be eating his dinner, hence do not want to pester).While waiting, Staff took the opportunity to sell me herbal oil since there’s promotion. I rejected kindly. Waited again..almost 30mins in. Finally, my time for a much needed massage. Staff kept apologising without any explanations. All you could do is simply explain and be accountable for the delay. I took time off from work to make it in time for my appointment. Please respect each other time. Lastly, the massage is great as usual. Thank you.

    Very impressed with the service extended by Wiwi. Her knowledge of the products and how professional she was. No hard-selling. Very kind and courteous. Equally impressed by Joseph’s (Principal) expertise for my eyebrows. Very professional as well. No pain and was very gentle in handling me the whole time. Kudos! Result was amazing! ??

    Excellent foot massage and a peaceful environment. The massage technique of the massager is very professional, and it is so nice that I wonder if I could massage by the massager for a whole day! No hyperbole, I have visited many massage wellness centres, but this is the best massage wellness centre I have ever visited! The massage therapist is extremely nice and courteous!

    Fighting my weight, I attempted several harmful techniques to lose weight, such as fasting and taking weight loss pills, and I was introduced to their lymphatic slimming therapy by a friend. After a few visits, I can definitely see that I have dropped a significant amount of weight. Their emphasis on healthy weight loss was quite beneficial to me. Thank you for the assistance; i will continue to support you in the future.

    I was impressed by how the receptionist greeted me when I entered this business. She gently advised me on the available packages. The entire session was comfortable, thanks to the clean room, the masseur’s competence, and the gentle soothing music. Will definitely return and highly suggest.

    The staff was really kind and welcoming. The room was clean, and the spa was relaxing. Their massage is really skilled and powerful. Every time I come in with exhausted, but leave after resting my body and mind. Will definitely back here again.

    Very comfortable massage, every time it makes me so comfortable to fall asleep I can feel the pressure and muscle tension released after the spa. Perfect service and attitude, definitely recommend?!!

    My masseuse was May. She was very accomodating and would massage the area i pointed her to. She did her best to make me feel better. I will definitely go back to her

    Staff are all very friendly, customer service is good. hygiene level is also good as they have inplaced few hygiene practices, make customer feel at ease especially during this COVID-19 period. Have been with Mr Heng and tampines 1 outlets for more than 5 yrs, trust their skills hence always renew package with them.

    I write to commend the excellent service provided by Tampines 1 outlet staff in particular Xiao Ai the receptionist and Ah Heng the masseuse. Xiao Ai is courteous and friendly n render excellent service in appointment n responding to changes. Ah Heng is very professional in his services. He is responsible and ensures a high level of quality service. He is a good leader who ensures all things are in order.
    Other commendable things include change of seat for every customer, following MOH guidelines and housekeeping of the outlet. Well done to the staff of Tampines 1 outlet and keep it up!

    I have been here for half a year. Because the massage technicians are very strong, I told the technicians that in some places, it should be lighter or heavier, which part is stressed and which part is not stressed. The massage technicians and consultants and the front desk showed a good attitude during the whole process. I gave 5 hearts in this regard, and the overall massage was very comfortable after 90 minutes. It can be said that it is worth going to a massage shop. The massage room has a faint fragrance. This is better, and it makes people feel very relaxed.

    Body massage was so poor that I had to go for another massage on the same day to clear all the blockages in my body. Least they’ve learned not to be too pushy with their packages (based on previous reviews).
