    Treatment with my therapist Verna has been pleasant and therapeutic, thanks to the great facial and shoulder massage. She’s skillful and attentive, always go the extra mile to attend to my problematic skin. She’s honest and professional, yet warm and caring at the same time. I see my skin has improved after few sessions and thanks to her great advice on how to care for my skin at home, my skin has healed much faster and skin is much more lifted and youthful. Kudos to Verna!!

    I have a very good experience on beautician Coey, the result show on my face is very obvious, she take care of my face more than 4 year,it really meet my expectation, me as a office worker,lack of exercise，lymphatic drainage massage really suit me, feel comfortable and healthy.

    I would like to start off the review by thanking Pipi who did facial for me a few times when my consultant wasn’t around. she was very friendly and professional, I felt happy and at peace when she was doing my facial, always!

    Now, here’s the negative part. There is non-stop hard-selling each session from my main consultant C___ that makes me feel stressed and dreadful always. Her face changes (angsty) and interrogate me with multiple questions as to why I don’t want to sign another package – she will then share various packages with different prices and we sit in the room for a long time. Even after I give a reason, she will still ask me many questions about my reason to make sure I am not lying. As a customer, we do not even need to give a reason in a first place for saying NO. Due to this, I will not purchase any package after the current one has ended.

    Tried the Facelift treatment with my bestie at Plaza Sing. The overall experience is quite good. There is visible result after the session.

    But I’m alittle put off by the pushy sales of package. But nonetheless, I will say the service is still quite good

    Have been to victoria for years, their service getting bad to worst! Facial treatment completed in 1 hour, beautician face black black unhappy grumbling not enough man power. So customer has to accommodate with not enough manpower, paid the price but massage skipped, every treatment shorten. Management no discipline already!

    I tried trial the walk in face life for 48$. My face is super red afterward. The consultant and outlet manager were both trying to hard sell. Horrible experience! It’s not worth risking your face and skin being damaged!

    Package from ages ago and therapist has since left but I am still trying, whenever possible, to book appointments to finish off the package but it is impossible to arrange. I just tried again today for this week and next. Their schedules somehow just do not fit mine no matter how much I try. I’m beginning to think that they do not care to accommodate customers’ schedules once the package has been purchased. Also, it’s just an overpriced facial treatment. But since I’ve made the folly of purchasing the package, I am trying to use it all.

    One of the most expensive facial in town. Each session of facial costs me around $300 and eye treatment about $180 if I didnt recall wrongly. The facial treatment was supposed to be targeted on collagen synthesis but I regret the upgrade as the environment not ideal to match the price where they draw curtain and room too small. I would say place is quite clean and there is a locker. But I wont pay more than $120 for this treatment if we compared to orchard room atas treatment is only $200 per session. You just have to try enough to know why I say so. 🙂

    The facial was nice for the cheap promotion price. Bed is comfy and warm. I wouldn’t return back however cause they were so hard selling – She kept pushing me to purchase a package and I was turned off by her attitude towards me when I kept saying no.
