    Went for a facial treatment after purchasing a trial facial on their website! Therapist Coco was very professional and experienced. I felt very relaxed throughout the session. Skin condition was also evidently better. The environment was clean and comfortable as well.

    The services provided by the therapist are very professional and warm. The prices are reasonable, and they don’t hard sell. Me and my wife drop by to prepare for the wedding to glow up our faces here.

    Has been with them for a decade or more. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and able to provide advices to facial care regime. Love the scent and ambience, very relaxing for my facial treatment everytime. Has changed back to using their products recently which helps to improve my facial condition tremendously. Highly recommended, definitely a gem in the heartland.

    My beauty therapist is highly professional. I with them more than 20 years. They recommend what customer really need and do not do hard sell tactics. Their products are reliable and value for money.

    I have been with Ucara Jurong West for 18years. My consultant Candice, she is a very professional beautician and has good knowledge on Ucara products. She know when to adjust the product base on my skin conditions and also recommend me the right products to improve my face condition. She is a good listener, gentle, patient & has multiple knowledge person.Thank you Candice for taking care my skin. Ucara’s staff friendly, helpful, professional and great customer service.

    My daughter and I have been with Ucara for almost two decades. We are satisfied with their customer service. All therapists are very professional. We are glad to have Candice as our consultant, who we can share tips and knowledge under the sun.???

    The therapists are all very friendly and make an effort to remember the customers names even if they’re not my therapist in charge! The environment is very soothing and clean, they will explain each step to you in detailed. Nothing can speak for more for itself that my mum and myself have been with them for the past 17 years! :):)

    Ucara offers me, not a service but rather a relationship, a rewarding one.
    When I was 21 years old, I first engaged Ucara for acne treatment and subsequently routine face care until today I am 40, looking fabulous and younger with their laser treatment.

    Over these years, I witnessed how Ucara has successfully sustained their high level of service despite the change of beautician and continue to upkeep the environment offering the excellent facial experience to customers. I went to other beauty salons too but eventually I will come back to Ucara, they have spoiled me and I found others could not deliver the same standard.

    I am glad to have written this review to thank for their good service. I wish you, who had read me make a good choice of trusted beauty salon.
