    I’ve been coming to UCARA for my facials for awhile now, and really enjoy the sessions. Grace is my go-to facial professional, who I find is really skilled at what she does (plus she’s really sweet & patient too!) Love that she is very thorough with extraction (I’ve lots of clogged pores), yet it doesn’t hurt like other outlets I’ve tried. I actually decided to sign-up for another facial package at a popular chain, but came back to UCARA for Grace’s help to rescue my face ultimately. Thankful for all the tips/advice for skincare given during the sessions too! 🙂

    Staff is friendly and professional, while she was doing the treatment, she would explain to me the procedures in details and even offer to give me advice on facial care/routines. They are not pushy in sales which make me feel comfortable during my visit.

    Anna is very friendly and professional. She explain to me every step of the facial and even recommended me how to improve my skin. Really love the facial and the massage! Definitely recommend it! 🙂

    Been with Ucara for 2 years and counting. I have my monthly facials here with Yuki and I do notice the difference in my skin after each session. My skin looks much clearer and smoother. I’m also using some of their products and they work pretty well for me. Appreciate that there’s not much hard selling here as well ??

    Have been with Ucara for many years and getting very good and professional service from Grace. She is not pushy and always gives good advices.     I have been patronizing UCARA ever since my university days. Their services were excellent and they always come up with something new to improve the facial spa process. Everytime I been there it has always been a relaxing trip. Thanks to my beautician Anna, my skin condition improves tremendously especially after the acne breakout caused by the mask. She always put in 100% whenever I been there for my facia spa. As such, she will also recommend what kind of products that suits
    my skin needs and it always work miraculously. I am really grateful to have her as my beautician and her bubbly nature never fails to make me laugh. Thanks Anna! 🙂

    I have been with Ucara more than 30 years. Throughout these few years, few Therapists are serving me, all of them are very professional.I am glad to have Yuki / Grace now to take care my skin. They have been doing a great job, keep it up!

    Have been doing my facial here since 2017 and truely love how smooth my face feels after each session. Extractions are mostly tolerable and i enjoyed the shoulder massage the most! All the therapists here are skilled and friendly 🙂

    Have been with Ucara for the past several years and I love their services! I was first impressed by their non-pushy and professional attitude hence I had signed a package with them. No regrets since then! My beautician has consistently delivered excellent service and genuine advices. She is also detailed in the extractions and I look forward to my facial every month. My skin has improved greatly with the use of their products as well.

    Grace is very professional and she gives good advises base on my skin conditions. She is very patient in explaining the procedure and she will recommend products base on my needs, yet she is not pushy which makes me feel very comfortable. I really do enjoy my treatment with Grace.

    I have great experiences and many years with Ucara. The cosy & relaxing atmosphere made me feel comfortable.

    Thanks Ms Grace Hor for going the extra mile to adhere to my requests with good attitude and help me to determine the best treatment for me.
    She would also explain to me politely when she applies something on my face during the facial treatment.

    Grace and her team are always friendly and provided very good services for customers.

    I have been with Ucara for 15years. The beautician is well train and and know Ucara products well. She know when to adjust the product for skin as time flies. She give professional advise on my skin condition and the new product that she introduce to me. The environment is clean and pleasant and there is no hard selling. Thank you for my beautician for taking care my skin from year 2006 till now.

    Just thought I need to pen down this review as I was surprised that I have been with Ucara for 15 years and counting! Never thought that I would be able to stay with Ucara for so long as I like to explore around and try new stuffs. But I guess it is the service and professionalism that keeps me coming back to Ucara and specially to Grace at CCK. Grace was one of the biggest key factor why I have been with Ucara for so long. Her top notched skills and empathy, she always listen and only recommend treatments and products that are suitable for me unlike other places where they simply just wanna promote and sell packages and products to hit their own sales target. The other good thing about her is she doesn’t do any hard-selling which I really appreciate alot. It makes me feel very safe and stress-free whenever I go for my facial. Ucara is the definitely the spa I can go to for a total relax and professional experience. And Grace is definitely a gem to the company! Way To Go!

    I go to Ucara CCK for facial once a month and have been doing so for about 3 years. My teenage son who has acne issues also goes to Ucara CCK for facial treatment. His condition has since improved a lot. Will recommend them to anyone who is keen try out their services. Grace is my therapist and she has been doing a great job in advising the suitable treatment according to my skin condition.
