    I went there thrice. My first experience was around 10pm. The first floor smells like cigarette smoke. The masseur let me wait 20mins before she went in the room. The massage was good but the people from 3rd floor were noisy.

    2nd experience again they let me wait eventhough I booked an appointment(my first exp was also booked by the way). The massage was good though.

    My last experience, again, they let wait 15mins(i looked at my watch this time) . The massage was terrible. Not coming back to this place again.

    3 times of bad experience with their full body massage.

    1st time: Staff had repeatedly been typing on her mobile phone during the last 45 minutes of an hour session of massage.

    2nd time: Staff offered *looked used* cotton brief to female customer for change before oil massage. Gave a dirty look when insisted for disposable panties instead.

    3rd time: Was offered a couple room (with husband) however glass panel on door was not covered and left visible to anyone walking pass the corridor. When asked to change room, staff said” oh the hook is spoiled hence we can’t cover the glass panel, it’s alright no one will see”. Had to insist on a different room before change was offered.

    Overall, I did not realise that this spa outlet finds it joyful to expose their customers private part so openly. Although I still find their foot massage reasonable, these repeated misdemeanours are difficult to forget.

    Have a 1 hour leg massage. Wait about 20 mins to have it. As not much masseuse.
