    I have been introduced to Wynn beauty from reviews from fave and decided to give their facial a try. I have found them to be highly professional, as the therapists here are very friendly and service oriented. What I like most is that the therapist here take the time to educate me about my skin.

    My skin is sensitive, dehydrated and acne prone, with lots of pimple scars and clogs. I’ve tried a few facials here and there but nothing really stood out to me and often left me red faced with alot of painful extractions. In my experience here at wynn, I have seen an improvement in skin texture after my first session and best of all my face didn’t look red at all! My skin is always so smooth after the facial and I have always looked forward to my facial at Wynn each month.

    Now I’m on my 3rd one and I have already seen much noticeable improvement and recommend giving this place a try if you are still considering. Also I found the place to be very hygienic that is something I look out for as well! 5 stars!

    The staff here are really friendly and professional in what they are doing! Really love this place. And they do not do hard selling which is great! Would recommend my friends to come and give them a try 🙂

    Critical: Professionalism, Quality
    I came here because of the many 5 stars review but was left utterly disappointed. I have pretty sensitive dehydrated acne prone skin with active inflammation on my skin. Yet, the beautician at the Duxton outlet (I don’t want to name and shame here but her name ryhmes with Amazon) used the harsh and irritating peel off mask on my face. I was naive and didn’t know that peel off mask could be so irritating and harsh on my already compromised skin. The treatment left my face red and burning. Not only that, any dermatologist would tell you that peel off masks are actually terrible for your skin because it forcefully remove the sebaceous filaments which are actually needed by your skin. Those nasty stuff you see on the masks are nothing but sebaceous filaments with some blackheads. In any case, the recommended way to remove blackheads and whiteheads are chemical peels. Honestly I question the professionalism of this beauty facial place. That’s not all, the beautician actually charged me more than what other people pay for the facial even though she knows I am a student. She also told me that the peel off masks requires an extra $20 on top of the facial treatment, something which you can get a whole tube from Watsons or Guardian at a fraction of the price. Maybe this place is catered more towards a different demographic with other skin concerns. I left this place feeling even more terrible about my skin and also cheated of my money.

    Super satisfied!! Bought a treatment from fave at their telok ayer outlet. Turns out the treatment i purchased was not suited for my skin type, the aesthetician explained to me during the skin analysis. She was able to explain to me my skin issues which really helped me understand my skin better. The service was amazing, not pushy at all and decided to buy their package willingly. Worth it!!

    Nice ambience. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They cater to customer’s needs on every treatment. Results can be seen after few sessions. Highly recommended!

    Really great and affordable facials. Therapists are also very service oriented and provide you good council. Totally see effects after the facial. I’ve recommended quite a few friends here and they also love it

    Very professional analysis of your face condition and tailoring the treatment to your needs. They are really understanding and knowledgeable in the field. Also explains to you the whole process so you know what they are doing to your face. Highly recommended!

    Had a pleasant experience at Wynn Beauty today! Cherry was very attentive to the specific needs of my skin & customised the treatment accordingly. The room was also very cozy & comfortable, making the entire experience a enjoyable one.
