    A few days ago, my friends told me they received hotel made mooncakes from V Aesthetics, delivered to their homes. My friends asked me if I got any mooncakes as I have spent almost $10K on products and treatment at Century Square (almost the same amount spent by them as well).
    I then sent a Whats App message to the clinic asking about the mooncakes. They replied “they have no idea about the mooncakes as they “are backend customer service”. They had to check with management and will update me. See attached screenshots.
    I waited for almost 24hrs for their reply. Nothing came. So I sent a message again asking for an update. The manager, Swea Yi then called me and told me I am not entitled to the mooncakes as my billing was low. She told me “this is management decision and they have a criteria to determine who gets mooncakes and who does not”. I told her that my friends also spent almost the same amount. She then said my friends were lying to me.
    What really made me angry is that the staff did not bother to call me until I sent a reminder today. They disclaimed all responsibility and pushed it to management. This is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I asked the manager why there were no calls back to me, she told me “we are very busy”. After I told them I will write a negative review, the manager quickly called again and changed her story. She then said the clinic will now send mooncakes to my home! What utter rubbish!
    The manager also called my friends liars! I was about to sign more sessions with V Aesthetics. Now, I will no longer patronise this chain because their staff do not know what is going on, pushes the blame on “management” and they are always changing their stories! Very unprofessional. V Aesthetics is not the cheapest – their prices for PICO laser and other treatments are far more expensive than other clinics. Their staff behave horribly and unethically.
    This complaint is not about the mooncakes. It is about principles and about what is really acceptable/normal, and what is not acceptable behaviour when it comes to handling a customer’s queries.

    To see whether is good, try rejecting a package and the true colors will be out. This is what I experienced here

    The clinic environment is very comfortable. Staff are very professional and friendly. Doctors are very patient and professional. Recommended their service.

    Pushy and tricky sales tactic where they kept trying to push for more and longer packages! Very stressful to come here and very hard to get appointment.

    had treatments done in their tampines branch, the staffs were very accommodating and dr.Sanjay made sure i was comfortable during the whole session, he is very professional. keep up the good work, guys! ???

    My first experience for hair treatment and felt really comfortable with Dr Nicole and the staff here. No hardsell at all and genuine sincerity to help me with my concerns. Highly recommended to checkout V medical !

    had my carbon and pico laser at Tampines branch with Dr. Nicole and i’ve seen the results after just few sessions. my pimple marks became lighter and has less breakouts.

    Did Pico treatment here and my pigmentations are gone. So happy with the results. Dr Sanjay and the staffs here are very nice and kind too.

    Did carbon and pico laser at Century Square outlet. Saw improvement on my skin after a few sessions. Dr. Sanjay and the therapists are gentle and friendly. No hard selling.

    I currently visit the Century Square outlet and Dr Nicole is attending to me. What I like about the service is the dedication of the staff in making sure that you are at your most comfortable state before treatment is administered. Also, the staff ( including the doctor) will answer your question as best as possible with regards to the whole process and things to take note. These are all plus points to me and I will highly recommend this clinic.

    Wy Yi very helpful and knowledgeable consultant.
    Dr Nicole also very caring and go to extra mile to help me with my skin problems. She explained in details and recommended what’s good for me.
    Both of them should be highly recognised.

    Super happy and surprised with the amazing result that I’m seeing after first pico laser treatment @ Tampines outlet. Nicely done up retail space and friendly staffs makes it pleasant and comfortable too. Highly recommended!

    I did CO2 laser and i can see significant improvement on my icepick scars! Dr. Sanjay and Fiona (Clinic Assistant) from Century Square outlet have been helpful and patient to me!

    I’m supposed to visit other clinic for my laser treatment. However, I cancelled due to other issue. Decided to come to this V clinic. No regrets- doctor is professional and friendly- staff are delightful to serve you.

    I have a severe allergy reaction to the HIFU treatment at the clinic, I have contacted the clinic several times about it. The doctor was supposed to contact me to follow up but it’s been several months and no one did. They refused to honor a refund of the payment for HIFU despite my allergies and have converted the credits into other treatments. The type of treatments at this location (they do not do fillers here) and I am unable to get an available timing at another location despite reaching out at least 3 weeks in advance. I am not based in Singapore so it is frustrating to keep it in credits instead of a refund to my payment method. The ladies and doctor at the clinic are really nice but I would suggest staying away from the packages.

    Pleasant and Hygienic environment overall. Doctor Nicole is very professional and efficient and the post trial prices are very reasonable. Risks and cons of each treatment are explained thoroughly.

    Went there for my 3rd session of laser (pico & carbon both). I’m also using Cyspera which was purchased from this clinic..this time got it done from Dr Nicole instead of Dr Sanjay..very “cincai” work compare to Dr Sanjay..her answers are 1 liner which brushes you off. She doesnt take her time explaining or looking into my skin since Ive addressed my concern to her..her answer are like “you are barely there need 10 to 15 sessions minimum”.. very arrogant..dont bother wasting time to be treated in her hands.
