    Charlotte yong the doctor here is rude and seems to be in a hurry to get rid of you even though there doesn’t seem to be any patients waiting outside. She just comes across as a very unhappy person and emits bad vibes.

    Don’t even wanna give the 1 star. Did pre-employment checkup here. Very rude doctor(Dr Charlottes, recalled by some 5 star comment given below…really fake rating ) and the whole clinic seems only has one doctor. She is very rude and as a doctor she’s really very inpatient and threatening me about my medical results, further asking me as SPR why I don’t have a personal doctor(She said like every SPR/sg citizen has own family doctor…) LOLOL

    Bad service. Not impressed with the service attitude. Was the first to arrive. Clinic opens at 9am, was there at 8.45am. Didn’t allow anyone in only at 9am. What’s wrong with letting patients in to register? The 2 guys who came later has an appointment at 9.15am. There were allowed to jump queue, ahead of me. Another lady who came later also has appointment at 9.15am. Hmm, I wonder, how many doctors do they have, and how many 9.15am is there in a day? In the end, all went ahead of me because they have an appointment. First in, last out. Doctor didn’t arrived until 9.25am. Will never visit this clinic again. Inflexible, and not as if the doctor is any good.

    I’ve been seeing dr Charlotte for coming 4 years already! It’s been great recommendations from her on what procedure to do & rejuran was the best thing ever. Today I have less acne & no more oily skin! When it’s not necessary to do & not time to do.. she will tell u.

    Not professional and condescending. Firstly, clinic opens at 830am and doctor only came at 930am so being the first patient, I had to wait. Then the doctor look at my throat and in less than three minutes just give me a diagnose and said it was a throat infection but not a bacterial one and would need to do a swap as precautionary and ask me to come back in one hours time because there are many patients waiting right now and she needs to clear her other patients first and do not want to go up to the carpark to do the swap and change the attire. Sounds like I’m not considered her ‘patient’. The swap is done at open air carpark upstairs, and after doing the swap, she just direct me to exit from carpark. I wasn’t even given the bill or receipt of how much the total cost amounts to and what has been charged to my company/insurer. Very unprofessional. My first and last time patronising this clinic.

    I’ve been a patient of Dr Charlotte for the past 2 and counting years. She has helped me tremendously with my pesky pigmentation, age spots and the other troubles that ageing has brought me. Very thankful.

    Love the convenience to my home as well.

    Look at the recent bunch of fake 5 stars, obviously a sad attempt to bump up their own ratings. I had an unpleasant experience here, not coming back.

    The doctor and staff are professional, trustworthy and caring. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this clinic.

    This is a place for people to dump money on so-called beauty treatments. If your child is ill, please bring him or her to a more caring and competent doctor.

    Very disappointing experience here. Receptionist and doctor both were extremely stuck up after realising we were here for GP and not skincare services. Was also asked to make appointment prior to coming.. There was no one in the clinic! Will not recommend.

    Chanced upon this clinic because it was near my office. Only did GP services. Forgot to bring an umbrella and the assistant immediately entrusted me with a new one to use.

    if anyone is looking for laser treatment regarding pigmentation, Dr Charlotte Yung is the person to go to.

    Imho, the results of any treatment lies in the practitioner and Charlotte not only have the knowledge but the patience, generosity and honesty which has truly touched me. Her attention to detail alone is something that I will always be grateful for.

    Super friendly, kind, ethical and patient team. Doctor takes time to listen and understand. Really happy to have found this clinic.
