    The staff have good attention to details, and would customize/recommend the various treatments to our needs. Was here a couple years ago and I decided to come back. The hospitality and customer service, as well as product knowledge is good. Also, there were no hard selling involved at all, which makes customers feel comfortable being there, to make an informed decision.

    I did my lip waxing with Body Firm and from consultation to actual appointments, everything was really smooth. The therapists were really friendly and treatment was fuss free. I also discovered that their treatment packages are pretty reasonably priced for such a prime location.

    Like this location at Delfi Orchard since it’s out of CBD and less crowded mall. This outlet also have a good team with great smile and excellent service. I am even torn sometimes which outlet I should do my treatments since both are just as pleasant but both have the same treatments too. Anyway, whichever outlet to choose from, as long as they maintain good prices with great service, I can close eyes to go either. 😆

    I am taking Unique radio frequency taking today .

    3 days later I will take fat freeze.

    It is for my stubborn belly fat.

    Very nice service.

    I will update finally when everything is done n also post photos of before after.

    Hope I will have a successful treatment overall & a surprising results.

    I highly recommend The Body Firm. They have good prices on all of their packages, with multiple choices of machines and options, depending on your requirements. Stephen, Joyce and the entire Staff are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional.

    I was offered to go to try their second outlet at Delfi Orchard though I actually prefer Raffles City since MRT is just below the shopping center. I took the offer anyway, just to try out a slightly different machine, perhaps test out their service too there and also checkout whether the ambiance is as nice as Raffles City outlet. Not bad either after I went once. Just an older though slightly bigger outlet. Guess I can rotate between the two? 😆😆😆

    Had facials and body treatments done here. The staff are friendly and professional and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Will be back for more n highly recommend this place.

    Occasionally I’ll come to their other branch at Raffles City which is very nicely renovated and very nice as well. Same level of professionalism and great customer service! Impressive! 🙂 highly recommend it!

    Been with their service for 2 years. The effect is obvious that I’d reduced by waist size from 32 to 30 and continue to tone up. Service has been great. Kudos to the BF team. 👍

    Treatments at Body Firm are suited to your needs and therapists are knowledgeable and always professional in delivering personalized service. I would like to applaud Carol especially for her proactiveness in recommending what’s best and her warm personality in always making me feel welcomed at every visit. Most importantly, what I like about this place is that there’s no pushy up sell, only customized recommendations for consideration.
