    Surya and Nadia as well Seow Cher (super nice massage from her) helped me with my queries as it’s my first time booking a spa from PanPacific and he made it seamless and easy for me to know what I need and choose the right package for my parents. I am very happy with both their service and hope their team and superiors know about how professional they are and I will be back! The rest of the staff here are extremely professional and service oriented as well. So happy to pick here to treat my parents on their well deserved spa treat. Booked on 16 Dec 2022 at 2:30pm.

    Carmen was able to knead deep into my trouble areas and relieve tension and pain. Love that she had my comfort and pain tolerance as her priority. Will definitely visit and book a longer slot next time ☺️

    I had the most wonderful treatment here. It started with a half hour back massage which really got into all the knots in my shoulders and eased the tension in my back. Then a half hour foot massage which was bliss. After that a 75 minute facial which has left my face feeling and looking younger . The whole experience was heavenly and I would thoroughly recommend it, especially as a means of recovering and preparing for a long flight!
