    Tried the Keratin Treatment which was supposedly supposed to last bout 1 month, or lesser if truly unruly hair.

    However, my hair became curly just the next day.

    Although the staffs are very friendly and warm, I would not recommend any hair services at spa jelita.

    Was quite disappointed with the service here. Booked for my mom’s birthday for her relaxation after she come back from her umrah. There were a lot of pain points. First, I booked a week ago before the actual date. When on the day itself, they called us saying that they didn’t see the booking and told us to come in a few minutes before the appointment. We had to negotiate with them to come in later as we live far from the venue. Another pain point was, since there were no slots, and their schedule was tight, they have to squeeze in and make the session seem like it is rushed. They do not fully complete the session, missing out the steam and sauna which is included in the package that we bought. It was not shown as it advertised in social media. Hope this comment can improve your services to your future customers.

    A friend gifted me for a 1 hr massage session. The masseuse was professional and I felt totally relaxed and refreshed after the session.

    The ambience was great too and all staff were super friendly and warm.

    Highly recommended for deep tissue massage! Do ask for Kak Noor! She’s strong, gives great advice and lovely to chat with 🙂

    I went there during my birthday. Initially was in the bad mood due to some reason but I came out from the spa feeling super happy, rejuvenated and fresh. The service was great and thumbs up for my spa therapist sis Raihanah for being super nice and warm and making the whole experience great. The place is beautifully designed & even have a space for you to do your prayers. Its muslimah friendly and I highly recommend for all to try get yourself pampered there.

    I received my first massage in years till I met Ibu Tricia. I came to this Spa with ailment which I think impossible to be healed but yet not only she cured me but untangled those stubborn knots and melted away all the pains that I’ve been suffering for almost 3 decades.

    It was an absolutely wonderful experience – I cannot recommend her enough, she made me feel comfortable from the very start with her emphatic and professional approach. Her massage was quite gentle but definitely did the trick, I was impressed by how prepared she was, her sense of subtleties of human interaction as being able to connect and earnestly listening to my need is highly appreciated. Most importantly I feel safe in a relaxing atmosphere – very fluent, flowing, intuitive in a most positive way a real sense of commitment and care.

    Her healing hands always leaves my soul feeling healed and reinvigorated after a massage. Thank you Ibu Tricia. I’m relating forthright and well deserved review for her who is a living gem in Spa Jelita.

    Hence, without any hesitation I’m extending my package which I’ve done on my recent treatment. Insya Allah, continuous for more years to come.

    In addition, thanks to Sarimah for her kind approach and attentiveness that made the experience even better.

    First time here. Overall it was a good experience! The ambience was unique, unlike others. The package they recommended me was comprehensive and worth the money, covering hair, facial and body services. The staff was friendly and hospitable. Made me a good cup of tea and offered biscuits at the end of the session???

    Took the Cleopatra Royal Ritual and was assist by Cik Nur i enjoy my 3hour here and the massaged was really good definitely will drop by here again to do my hair or massaged hehe.

    Privacy wised i feel comfortable cause the room is not close to each other and you feel like homed and the interior remind me of Saudi Arabia or Turkish

    The only good thing about this place is the massage. The rest is meh.

    What was supposed to be an enjoyable 2.5hrs session became a draggy 5hrs session.

    Came at 1pm and done at 5.45pm. We waited 1.5hrs after our massage for the hair spa. No drinks were offered despite the long wait. Their time management is horrible.

    Definately not recommended unless you have the time to waste at this place.

    I received $30 spa vouchers and decided to book a pampering sesh w my bestfriend. I told her abt the voucher and she was delighted. To my disappointment, we were informed during payment that we could only choose between 2 choices: pay 1st trial price of $88 or pay ala-carte price of $130-$30 = $100. Honestly, we expected to pay 1st trial price $88-$30 = $58. But that had not been the case. We left the store unhappy as the T&Cs of the voucher did not mention about only being able to utilise the voucher on ala-carte price. When in fact, it was indeed our first visit so aren’t we entitled for paying 1st trial price?? I felt very bad for my bestfriend bc I ultimately invited her to the spa to USE the voucher. Totally spoiled my mood and I think I will never return, apologies. But to be fair, my masseuse Ibu Tricia, did a very well done job in massaging me & I tipped her for it. Place is well decorated & staff are kind. Just really not happy with the lack of transparency on using the voucher. It’s an experience no one would like.

    Seeing the reviews here made me optimistic and excited to go here, but things turned out differently. I have a lot to say but basically poor management, will never come here and will never recommend to anyone.

    Excellent service SpaJelita team . Specially Raihana ,and Jen did great job .My review is based on haircut,hair treatment and cupping therapy.

    Really beautiful female spa. I highly recommend this place for Muslim woman as it’s quite a conservative environment. Very modest and private space. I thoroughly enjoyed my spa session here with my sister. My only feedback is the massage therapist can be more gentle. I reminded her 3 times to reduce pressure but she kept increasing the pressure after a few minutes.
